“Unfortunately my sat nav packed in on me in travelling to the airport parking and ended up using the wrong car park at the cost of £16 per day , but hopefully can can take advantage of the £29.99 for four days parking instead of having to pay almost £100 for my four day trip”
“Why do customers have to walk the length of the airport twice - for plane to baggage reclaim, and from baggag3 reclaim to bus stop? It feels like the walk is longer than the bus journey”
“It did not really make me happy as there were very few parking spaces available which meant that I had to drive round and round until I found a parking space, which was located at the very rear of the car park.
I did not really find this helpful, as my reason for choosing this car park was so that I would be nearer the terminal.
It would be good if there was a way of knowing which space you were allocated before reaching the car park as this would save the driving round and round.

“Reasonable booking price and very close to terminal. I would have given 5/5 but for :
Problem - I needed to extend my parking because my return flight was cancelled . I could only amend my booking if more than 24 hours before arrival. But this is not possible when a flight is cancelled at short notice. As a result, for a 2 day extension I paid an additional 50% of the cost of my original 9 day booking. When this happened once before with another nearby car park I was charged pro-rata,”
“Arrived and parked with no problems. Walked to the terminal building in 3 minutes. On leaving, pre-paid ticket wasn't recognised and had to speak to the person on the help line to be allowed to leave.”
“The process of finding a parking space was straightforward, and the driver on the way to the terminal was very pleasant. However on our return, the flight had been delayed, and the the driver was at best sullen, rude to the passengers who tried to board ahead of us, and at the parking area, failed to stop at station No.4 and took us to station No.5. My wife commented that he looked as if he would rather be some where else. The recognition system allowed us to exit OK, but the actual route to the exit could be better signed.”
“Having parked twice in the last 3months, both times we had to wait at the gate for assistance as automatic exit failed, very frustrating and disappointing after a long flight when we thought after paying in advance online all we had to do was drive out.”
