Easy to find and close to airport, however we had to drive around the car park lots of times trying to locate a parking space. Would suggest that if you have pre paid for long stay, parking space could be reserved for you.

Efficient arrival. Magic with the number-plate recognition. A space to park. Not TOO expensive. BUT, when we left the park on our return, at 1am after a hellish delayed flight and in the rain, the ticket machine asked me for £210 (I had pre-payed the correct amount for my stay of course, some £40.) The person who answers the intercom sorted things out fairly quickly. I will be happy and call you better than 'acceptable' next time if (a) I'm NOT charged £210 extra and (b) it doesn't happen again.

Booking and parking were fine. We were rather disgruntled when we got back to our car after the hassle of a delayed flight and feeling fairly fed up and wishing we were home, to be denied exit from the carpark and sent away on a search for a ticket machine and to have to pay over £9 for a couple of extra hours.

Paid £46 to park which I thought would guarantee a space but circled for 30 mins trying to get one which only managed as someone was leaving so has put me off booking in the future. Plus was I parked terminal surface so was straight out car into terminal which was good with young kid and cases

Near to airport but car park was so busy there were cars parked on access roads. We had to drive around for a while to find a space. Two elderly ladies asked to be dropped off at Hilton Doubletree near car park. The driver never stopped for them and they got off at first bus stop in car park and had to walk back to hotel. (this was at 11 at night) Passengers on bus pointed this out to driver but he just ignored them.

We were reasonably satisfied with the long stay park. The service was excellent as we were picked up quickly from bus stop and dropped off.on our return we found it difficult to locate stand A.Perhaps you could put some more signage up. the numbered stands had large signs and easy to find.

easy enough to find, close to airport. if using valet parking, prepare to get wet as no cover and if using drop off, get wet again and of course pay

it was good until. We tried to go home. When I put ticket in at the barrier. It said we had to pay £280.00 to leave. Just a hassle to get out. So will go back to flying scott which we have been using for over 12 years.

Parking spaces were extremely narrow, trolleys abandoned everywhere. I really worried about my car getting damaged while we were away.

I stayed in the mid term car park for the first time. It is useful to have another car park that you can walk from to the terminal, however the signage out of the airport to the car park is poor and the walking route is very unattractive.

Don't sell pre booked spaces and then let the car park get full! 20 minutes to find a space is not good enough!

Reasonably cheap, but disappointed that on leaving the ticket machine asked for £240 as we had prepaid. Had to call for assistance to exit. Not great

Unable to give a 5 star review as all went well on booking and arrival unfortunately on departure the ticket machine did not accept the ticket and in fact it was showing a £240 charge. It took several minutes to get an audible response. Thankfully this was eventually resolved without any explanation which was disappointing. Obviously the three cars which were stacked up behind me were obviously frustrated by the situation as well.

Not enough spaces. Had to spend half an hour to find a space despite pre booking.

The surface car park is very good for accessing the airport and is only a few minutes away. I'd recommend using this car park.

I don't think parking in a Mid Stay car park at the back end of an airport could make anybody happy!
