“The bus pick up service is usually very good and the drivers are extremly courteous. unfortunately last week i was waiting at the terminal nearly 15 minutes after just missing one of the buses”
“Why not help your customers by numbering the parking spaces? Probably not your department but please pass on my dissatisfaction with the paltry signposting of the bus transfer from the airport to the long-stay car park, particularly as its location has recently been altered. There’s nowhere else on your site for me to be unhappy.”
“The multi storey car park is very convenient. There could be more info on the fact you can park anywhere. The staff in the ground floor office were very helpful.”
“Arrived at barrier and took a ticket. Even though I had reserved parking it took 25 minutes to find a parking space. Very frustrating.
Once I returned from holiday, upon exiting the car park, I entered my ticket and the machine asked for £ 280 payment. I pressed button for help and a nice gentleman solved my problem efficiently.
I think more effort is required to make it a pain free customer experience.”
“It didn't. There is a long walk to the airport from the bus stop, with no luggage trolleys available. There was a long wait for a bus on my return. The bus diverts via a hotel where there are very rarely passengers”
“Good facility but couldn't see easy means of extending stay online or by email, when unavoidably had to delay return - tried to email and call but eventually gave up. Expensive mistake!”
