“I used Fast Park at Edinburgh Aiport. This is the third time I have used them, and am pleased to say that the staff were very helpful and friendly - the man even took my suitcase out of the boot for me! Also Fast Park is directly opposite the Airport Terminal Building. Will happily use them again.”
“We have used mid stay parking on numerous occasions as it is easy to find and only a few minutes walk from the terminal building. The spaces are a decent size and the help via the intercom was great when the barrier failed to lift on arrival.”
“Easy to access however exit was poor as we were advised we had an outstanding payment of £340 despite it being a prepaid booking so had to get assistance to exit the car park”
“The entry process and the location close to the terminal was fine. However finding our way back to the car park across very rough paths and the distance the car was parked from the key safes was unsatisfactory and unpleasant especially as it was at 4 am and raining.”
“Booked online for terminal parking for one day. At exit I was told I had to pay £150. Spoke to attendant via intercom and he checked and said it was an error and opened the gate. Second time this has happened to me.”
“It is a second time I had to use "call button" to leave the parking. Strange. This time registration number on the ticket was correct but apparently your system does not recognised the booking

“We prebooked Fast Parking as we have done twice previously. Very straight forward and you can in prior to arriving at the car park. Dropping the car off is very straightforward as is dropping the keys off.
Collecting the keys and car again is straight forward and our car was ready and in the named spot as expected. Very reasonable rates for parking.”
“Stayed in mid-stay car park recently which is ideally situated. Small hiccup on arrival when by booking wasn’t recognised but with help from the contact via intercom at the gate (I’d thankfully noted my original booking ref) it was quickly sorted.”
“The location is ideal, and it is an easy facility to use. However, on arriving, our ticket was not accepted for the multi storey although we had booked. The unit at the barrier read 'wrong car park'. An assistant on duty, contacted by the provided phone link, quickly resolved the issue. The automatic reader for the car's registration operated perfectly seven days later when we left the multi storey.”
“Very good, short walk to terminal. Could do with some bigger spaces for SUV’s and a shame the extra area at the exit is no longer available (now a hire company we were told) which has reduced the amount of spaces. However we did eventually find a space. On exit at the barrier it tried to charge us £810, reversed back and used a different barrier which wanted £10 (despite us having pre-paid) - used intercom and the guy was very helpful, cleared the amount and let us out. System glitch I guess. Overall very good.”
“Took a lot of searching for a space while a floor is closed/renovations underway. Ground floor area of multi is very grubby and could do with a blitz to smarten it up”
