“As usual the exit machine asked for loads of money to let us out the car park even though we'd pre booked and paid! Had to intercom the controller yet again! Sort your so called technology out!”
“Excellent location again pre booked ahead but once again the camera picked up my wrong number plate which gave us an issue getting into the carpark & on leaving too. This is our 3rd trip this year at the same carpark the first time we had no issues but the last twice we had the same issue although it’s the same car & number plate”
“Ticket machine wouldn’t dispense ticket when I arrived had to press button for help then ticket was given from machine and when I departed I put the ticket in the machine at exit barrier and machine said I was due £180.00 even though I had pre booked parking. Not a good experience.”
