“Parking at the Fastpark carpark at Edinburgh Airport couldn't be easier. Only a few steps from the terminal building, makes this a great place to park for those of us who are a little older! The exceptional staff make this an easy choice: every one of the staff is so helpful and patient.”
“The arrival/parking is very fast and smooth with the key box and super serviceminded helper.
At return scanning of the code and pick up the car took les than 5 min.
A super intelligent way of parking service.
DO HOPE THAT PRICE CONDITIONS STAY LIKE THIS.”
“Convenient but poor level of customer service. The telephone number is just a recorded message and there is no online chat function. Information on booking confirmation email is significantly out of date”
“Dreadful, I tried to get a refund as it was a refundable booking. No joy. I tried everything I could. Very disappointed, as I was unable to go on my flight due to unforeseen circumstances. I tried days before my departure.”
“Best place to park and easy to get into the airport. This is the 2nd time we have used this carpark and have booked it again in December. I love ill be booking this carpark every time we travel from Edinburgh. We travelled with family who had booked a different carpark who now wish they had also booked this parking and they will also do this from now on.”
“I wrote a review earlier this year...sadly my comments are the same...a very good facility, well priced and easy to use....but the removal of cross ways ( so they can fit a few mire cars in) is an accident waiting to happen. Unless you cut through between cars ( with your luggage)...you can face a long walk to the end of the linea of cars and back again to get to one of the 2 bus stops. We have to do this in pouring rain at 9pm...not a nice state to arrive for any flight.”
“Pre paid parking (plane parking). Arrived to find no normal avaliable spaces. It would appear that bookings are taken without any cognisance of the number of spaces available. After driving round and round to try and get parked, used the call button to be told just park in an EV space, there was 2 of these empty. Came back one week later and cars abandoned all over the place, absolutely will NOT use plane parking again.”
“Love Fastpark! Drop off is very easy and incredibly quick with staff on hand to assist.
Collection equally straightforward.
Proximity to terminal couldn't be better.”
