“Disappointing after paying over £250 for 2 weeks parking to be told I still had £40 to pay before they would let me out .
I had unfortunately put down day return but flight was a bit late & I forgot the time difference on my return .
Really disappointed.”
“Excellent price for our 5 day stay, easy to find, easy to park and no problem entering or exiting.
Also I wanted to park myself and take the keys with me after an incident at Manchester Airport last year where my car was damaged after I handed my keys over to a parking company.
Will def use this car park again at Edinburgh airport.”
“We choose to fly from Edinburgh every year because of the fast park facility. It’s so easy to use and takes the stress away from parking and navigating your way to the terminal on foot or by bus”
“The fast parking is the way to go when going abroad it was stress free and easy to navigate from parking the car to getting to the terminal building and this will be the way I go all the time from now on staff where helpful and a great help”
“Accidentally went to wrong carpark and no way to reverse back out so had to pay £10 even though was only in and straight back out again 🙁 give your carpark a more obvious name please as I was still not sure if I was going into the correct carpark even when I found it and was thinking I’d have to pay £10 again maybe going into wrong one .again 🤔.heard others saying same. Trying to pick up mother from pick up point on return was confusing too as arrows appeared to all be showing road one way and wasn’t the way I was needing to go, few people appeared to have same problem. Apart from the above it was perfect parking and easy to access the main building.”
“Checked in online, drive up to gate told to park in a lane, scanned QR code and attached sticker to car key, dropped in key bin and that was it. What else can you ask for apart from simplicity and ease. Used several times in past and always a breeze”

Completely stress free and a stones throw from the terminal. Helpful stuff on site on arrival and departure, great not to have to wait on busses and haul cases about! Very Good”
“Parking in the multi-storey carpark itself was good. However the approach to the airport and the signage within the airport was diabolical. We tried to follow the written directions sent with the parking booking and our own satnav along with what signage we could see. Nothing matched up. We ended up driving into the drop off zone and out the other side after being forced to pay £8.50 for the privilege ( complaint to follow). At last we spotted one pale grey sign with faded white writing saying ‘multi-storey’. Our arrival at Edinburgh Airport cost us time and money and caused both driver and navigator a great deal of stress. A very poor start to our holiday.”
