“Fast park great but travel assistance awful stood outside for twenty minutes waiting for the desk to open there was a Hugh queue of the most vulnerable people why open check out and not staff this area poor people in wheelchairs waiting outside in rain then it was unorganised chaos as we were directed to bus to take us to plane only to be told on wrong bus everyone had to get off then there was only room for the actual assisted person everyone else was left scrambling to get on to buses out to the plane and the poor assisted people left to try and understand where there help was awful treatment”
“Used Fastpark a number of times as it is easy to use and very handy to access the terminal. Good prices especially if you book well in advance and an easy booking process. First time I have had isssues in exiting the car park on return as the barrier did not raise automatically for me resulting in me having to press the button for an exit ticket. At the second barrier again it did not raise automatically and I had to scan the ticket which said I owed £10 ( I didn't) as prepaid and we were actually returned a couple of hours before my booked time. Had to use the intercom next to the barrier to contact someone and they let me out after a slight delay. So all sorted but a little inconvenient at the time.”
“Very fast check in so 4 stars. Not so good on our return so 3 stars. Out flight was 30 minutes late plus 45 minutes wait to reclaim luggage. Due to lack of Fast Track signage after leaving the arrivals exit doors we eventually found the signage after the bus stances. Need more signage showing the direction to go. Staff were putting car keys in the relevant lockers as we arrived which included ours. Quite a long wait and there were other travellers waiting to access their keys too. If our flight had been on time and a shorter wait for luggage I can't help wondering if our keys would have been in the locker.”
“We booked an 8 day stay which was impacted by the air traffic control strike meaning we went home on day 1 and returned on day 2. The staff were efficient in dealing with non-standard arrivals and repartures and advising re email & over the intercom on site”
“Excellent service, as usual. This is the fourth time I've parked at the Fastpark, and never disappointed. Seemless from start to finish, just so handy across for the terminal.”
“Excellent parking facility. Unfortunately had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the bus at 5.45 am, we could see the bus and driver just outside the site chatting to someone. A few people waiting in the bus stop with us and it was quite cold.
No problems when it came to collecting the car, the bus was very prompt.
Would definitely use again.”
