“Never had a problem with fastpark. The most convenient parking at the airport. I had to resign our booking and while it wasn’t possible to change the time, the refund was immediate and i rebooked without issue. No problems using Fastpark again”
“As a Blue badge holder my arrival was great. Very polite and very helpful. Could not of been better. Returning was very poor. My keys were not in the collecting box. I was left unaided while my got help. It seamed nobody knew where the keys were. I could see my car in the disabled parking. The keys were eventually found and we were then on our way.”
“Great service just a shame that both times I’ve used it, staff have left items like an empty can of iron bru or an empty box of cigarettes. It’s not hard to leave the car how you found it.”
“The parking was easy to find, everything went easily, close enough to get to the airport, we were delayed on the way back by one and a half hours but this posed no problem at all, all in all a really good experience.”
