“Not enough bus stops in the car park 2 isn't enough for the size of the car park, having to walk long distances with cases to get to parked car , stones all over the car park making it difficult to roll cases over them , needs maintained properly to keep the stones in the parking spots, not enough signs up telling parking customers where to get the bus in car park to go to the terminal, not a great car park .”
“As always, easy drop off. However keys were unavailable on return which meant having to ask at the reception for them. We got them but no reason given for the error.”
“Used the FastPark several times now. Super convenient, especially for an early flight. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. One thing to watch is on arrival keep an eye out for the final slip road right into FastPark, if you miss it you have to go thru drop off and pay £6.”
“Arrived on time to collect my car keys were not in the assingned box, message said go to office, no one in the office or in the book in area, or around the gate area. I had my grandaughters 2 & 5 plus lugage, not easy to control in a busy area, we had to wait about 20 minutes for my keys

Plenty of reminders to book-in to fast park, welcoming staff, easy to print label and then leave. Pick up was seamless too but it was just the rip- off price I paid that soured the experience:(”
“Mid parking stay “Safe and Secure” car damaged by person trying to park while on trip. Didn’t have the decency to acknowledge the damage caused.
Awaiting for response from Edinburgh Airport to see if there is any cctv in the area.”
