“I had never used the fast park service before. Very clearly sign posted, the gentleman at arrival was delightful and showed us what lane to park in and an explanation of where to walk to drop off keys and the other gentleman inside helped us use the machines and explained to myself and the kids so wonderfully how to retrieve our keys when we returned. Both men absolutely fantastic! Kids remembered what to do even after 9 days and they couldn’t even tell you what they had for breakfast by lunchtime usually 😂
10/10 customer service and it really couldn’t have been easier.”
“Really easy to park and walk to the airport. I did have an issue with the machine when leaving the carpark. The machine didn't accept the ticket and claimed I owed £420! But within seconds of pressing the buzzer for help, the barrier was opened for me. Whilst those few seconds were rather stress inducing I still recommend using the long stay carpark. I have used it many times and will continue to do so.”

I must admit I am disappointed to have to pay extra after a cancelled flight delayed us until the next day. I've had this on other occasions at other airports and they've waived the additional payment as the delay was outwith our control.”
“Although the multl storey car park was good, giving acces to FastTrack, it was disappointing to be hit with a hefty £45 exit charge as the car had to be left overnight as my flight from Gatwick was canelled.”
