“We paid in advance for five days plane parking. On exit the machine demanded over £140. I was calm on courteous on the intercom the male customer service agent was curt with no apology or explanation. You take hundreds of thousands of pounds from your customers each year. At least be polite when you demand money in error.”
“The process was really easy. Simply dropped the keys off via a check in machine , then was given a slip to use on return to access the keys via a locked box. Simply walked to the car and drove away. Highly recommend. The car park is right outside the exit of the airport.”
“This service is next to none. The whole process of booking, dropping my car off, getting the bus to and from the airport was seamless. Made my journey very easy.
Possible idea could be some kind of app that advises you when the bus is due to be at either the bus stop at the car park or the pick up at the airport. We got in late and my travel companion was a bit stressed if the bus was going to pick us up. (That was his stress).
10 out of 10 I will be using it again. Oh and the drivers no matter what time of day it was, we’re brilliant, cheerful and helpful.

“The long stay car park used to be fine. Plenty of spaces and a bus to the airport. This time I had to drive round for ages to find a space and that was about as far from the airport as you can get - and you have to walk. Bring back the bus!”

“Wouldn’t normally review something as boring as parking - however the guys at Edinburgh deserve a mention. I foolishly left my car parked with the drivers window open - must have left it down after leaning out to pick ticket from machine. Whilst I was away for a week, there was wind and rain and but for the EDI guys spotting the issue and applying heavy duty sticky plastic over the window opening disaster would have ensued ! Many thanks guys - you went above and beyond !”
“1st time user little bit daunting especially finding it. Once on site all went well staff very helpful and pleasant. Only issue then was worry of return but once again instructions where fairly straightforward. So we are flying again 9 th June and have already pre booked for 2 weeks.”
“Not enough bus stops in the car park 2 isn't enough for the size of the car park, having to walk long distances with cases to get to parked car , stones all over the car park making it difficult to roll cases over them , needs maintained properly to keep the stones in the parking spots, not enough signs up telling parking customers where to get the bus in car park to go to the terminal, not a great car park .”
