“I had used the long stay car park in the past and it worked well. If you prebook your long stay it is, in fact, convenient considering the daily rates or Edinburgh Airport prices anyways.
However, I regret to say that my last stay has resulted in the tolls not reading properly my pre-booked car registration plate and it resulted in me paying for the whole stay on top of what I had already pay for my booking. I confide in the customer service team which I had already sent all documentation to prove I've been unfairly overcharged, to rectify this mistake.”
“Parking is very staightforward to access and comes with fast track access, although poor customer service was encountered here with mostly unhelpful staff operating.”

“After parking my car when I was away I checked my tracker and found the car was moved a few times . When I came home I checked the mileage and you did 3 miles on the car . If you say the car is parked up till you come home who did the 3 miles . Not good”
“We paid in advance for five days plane parking. On exit the machine demanded over £140. I was calm on courteous on the intercom the male customer service agent was curt with no apology or explanation. You take hundreds of thousands of pounds from your customers each year. At least be polite when you demand money in error.”
