“Booked the Plane Parking car park and paid via card. Expected confirmation email but never received it. Tried contacting them by phone and email with no response so cancelled card payment.
Almost immediately I received a confirmation email and payment was re-instated.
The actual parking with very short efficient bus service was fine with no hassles.
If the admin was as good I would have given 5 stars.”
“Seamless parking experience at Fast Park. Easy to book, smooth drop off, helpful staff and easy pick up. Highly recommend. Only criticism was signage from terminal building back to Fast Park wasn’t clear.”
