I must admit I am disappointed to have to pay extra after a cancelled flight delayed us until the next day. I've had this on other occasions at other airports and they've waived the additional payment as the delay was outwith our control.”
“Although the multl storey car park was good, giving acces to FastTrack, it was disappointing to be hit with a hefty £45 exit charge as the car had to be left overnight as my flight from Gatwick was canelled.”
“Trying to get cases from car and attendant let’s car park inches from you as you are still getting cases. Would make more sense to let people get cases and move on before getting cars to park as close. Then on return, paid for trolley and went to fast track only for normal flat route to be closed and having to take cases up and down stairs.”

Parking was great and now that the drop off charge is £8.50 - parking in the multi storey is a no brainer.
Flight slightly late and I was over my time - but not a problem - barrier lifted.
