“Handy for terminal - bus was efficient and drivers were very pleasant - only gripe is that there only 2 bus stops, which means you could end up walking a fair distance to and from your car. Would have been a 5 star review but 4 due to lack of drop off points.”
“Parking at Fasttrack was efficient and easy. Car parked in designated bay keys dropped off at the reception area and in the actual airport all within 15 mins. On return the keys were picked up at the box indicated and the car was waiting in the bay that was advised . Again all done in approximately 15 mins s.”
“Great parking so close to terminal and people were around to help guide me through the experience. Both arriving and departing. Only downside was that for some reason all the settings on our car were “messed” with which I’ve no idea why, as there was no need for it as they didn’t effect how to drive the car. It was needless”
“Location is fantastic and quick entrance into Fast track security a great feature. However the gate didn’t register my number plate meaning I had to get assistance to enter. Then exiting the gate asked me to pay over £200. Again I had to request assistance after having a panic attack.”
“Very easy to use especially as you can check in the night before. Just park your car, walk to their kiosk and scan the barcode and print your tag for your keys and drop them off. Staff have always been there to help. Will be using it again.”
“Arrived before 6am. Advised at barrier, Car Park Full when I put my ticket in. After some explaining, I was allowed in. On departure. I was told at the barrier my ticket was Already In Use and I would be charged £330 to get out ( For 4 days parking !!!). After a long wait, I got an answer on the intercom, gave my reg. number and the barrier lifted. None of that welcome either first thing in the morning or following an international flight. PS I had pre paid.”
