Also no disables spaces available and frustratingly noticed a few disabled bays were blocked off with cones and some also reserved for able bodied chauffeur pickups eg. Gleneagles. Didn’t seem fair to me.”
“Your reader of my number plate works maybe one time out of ten. Your parking is also quite expensive. Sometimes there are signs up saying the 'surface' parking area is full when it is not. It would be good if your website had the functionality to remember details so you don't have to key them in fully every time, maybe think about an App? You must be raking it in so I'm sure this is possible. On the plus side your staff are really pleasant, helpful and apologetic (See first sentence above).”
“the Valet staff are very friendly and helpful .I recently used Glasgow parking and the difference is marked regarding staff.
I go to Malaga monthly , parking for 4 days costs more than the 4 day hire of a Ford fiesta in the airport . It also often costs more that the 3 hour air journey on Ryan air .
Why is that ?????”
“I was unhappy that I was requested to pay a large sum to exit at the barrier - we had prebooked via Cockermouth Travel - we needed a member of staff to deal with the problem to enable us to exit - we were advised that there was an intercom system to assist for such problems but it was’t visible to us.
We were unhappy that the process to exit for prebooked customers didn’t work.”
“Not exactly a bad experience just a bit annoying. I'd paid on-line prior to my arrival however when leaving the car park the barrier wouldn't lift up to let me out, I had to pay again. A bit annoying as I'd had 14 hour day - A phone call on the morning to the car park staff (who were lovely and helpful) and I've been told I'd get a refund - hasn't appeared yet but I'm sure it will 🙂”

“Service should be a great score as parking is convenient to the terminal. However the parking cost is getting out of control. I park at the Airport most weeks, recently have booked 3 days and having to extend by a day at short notice. I was unable to do this online (is there a minimum period?) so had to pay c£47 on the gate, more than I had paid for the 3 days before in advance. The cost is ridiculous.”
“Considering this is the premium carpark, it was the hardest to find for a first-timer. Signage was poor for driving there (I ended up having to pay £1 due to mistakenly going to the dropoff zone), and also for finding my car when returning at arrivals (no signs if you exit the terminal too far to the left).”
“Walking towards the bus. Must have been about 20 meters away when the bus pulled up. Quickened my pace because no one else was waiting. Driver sat for no more than 20 seconds then pulled off. I ran to try and catch him but he still didn’t stop despite the fact he must have seen me. Had to then wait 15 minutes in the freezing cold for the next bus to arrive. Most expensive bus transport parking at the airport but worse service. I’ll be parking At PremiAir next time!”
“The ANPR system failed to recognise my number plate despite booking well in advance. Took ticket from machine and then quoted reference number to get out. But not what you need at 5.30 in the morning.”
“I was having a good experience with the long stay parking until it was the time to find my way out. The camera did not recognize my car registration number and I had to call for help by pressing the button. The staff who helped me was quite disrespectful and impatient saying things like "you are taking too much time to me". I am not a native speaker so I can have problems to understand this person's accent, but this is not appropriate at all.”
“Arrival at Long Stay Car Park was fine. When we returned from holiday around 9pm on Monday 13th November the service was poor. We had parked our car between stops 4 and 5. However the bus only stopped at stops 1,3 and finally 7. The driver gave no indication at the airport that this was his route and at stop7 he finally told ourselves and other passen that this was the last stop. We eventually found our car in the dark!!”
