We arrived at 4am for the first international flight of the day but discovered the Fasttrack lane - the only reason we'd paid so much to park with you - was not yet open. Having gotten part-way through the terminal, we then spent ten minutes banging on locked doors until someone finally heard us and let us inside. We were directed back outside via the staff entrance, had to walk round the terminal in the rain - exactly what we were trying to avoid by parking in your building - and go through the slow lanes for everyone else. When we finally cleared security checks, someone was just opening Fastrack. DON'T OFFER A SERVICE THAT ISN'T AVAILABLE. DON'T CHARGE EXTRA TO MUCH US ABOUT. I sincerely doubt I will ever use your services again, and will be warning others to avoid them.

Had to pay an extra £11 upon leaving. I had already paid upfront for the parking service, my flight wasn’t late, in fact it touched down early. Not sure why his has happened but find it totally unacceptable and would like an explanation.

no spaces - took so long to find a space. I paid extra for the convenience of the location and it took 20 minutes to find a space

Valet car dept through drop off area and gates are slow and involves calling for gate assist and opening. Painfully slow process

My pre-booked ticket wasn't presented when I arrived (one hour early, yes, but within the two hours early advertised as allowed) with the inevitable result that when I tried to leave I was asked to pay £290. The member of staff on the other end of the intercom let me out ok, but this is a bit of a pain and has happened before. Also the drainage in the car park was so bad that I had to wade through ankle deep water to access my car.

Parking was easy but it is poorly signposted when driving there and even worst when approaching it from the arrivals terminal on foot

Pre-booked online. At the arrival the barrier would not open automatically, had to contact the operator. The rain was pouring through the open window when negotiating, the car on the next line was in the same situation. Eventually after a lot of explaining etc they let us in. The same repeated on return. Not good enough when you are travelling and are under pressure, you prebook online with the intention to save the hassle.

On arrival back in to Edinburgh we could not see any signs directing us to the mid stay car park. We spent half an hour trying to find it. Two different staff gave us directions which involved walking on the road with traffic passing by. We also had to walk through icy puddles on the road when we ran out of pavement. The map you provide is not helpful. Coming out of arrivals were diversion signs for pedestrians but these said nothing about getting to the mid stay car park.

Returned to car.Pedestrian walkways had not been salted despite obvious problems with ice.My wife slipped and fell resulting in severe bruising.Luckily no bones broken otherwise I may have taken legal action against car park owners!

Arrived back at Edinburgh Airport, surface car park, at around 5:30pm on Thursday 21st December 2017. The car park exit was completely stopped with cars queuing from the entrance to the exit. It took a long time to get through the barriers for exit. When I got to them two were shut off out of the four. The road from the car park out of the airport was then solid with traffic and running very slowly.

Only one exit from midstay. Delayed 15 minutes while someone failed to pay at barrier and eventually they were advised to go to a pay station. Path from midstay to airport muddy - in fact footpaths all around the terminal muddy. Need a pavement sweeping machine urgently.

My flight from Heathrow was cancelled for 6 hours and the earliest flight we could get back was 7 hours later, so therefore the car was there for slightly longer than we paid for; got told we still have to pay pure joke!

On my return the car park surfaces had not been salted/gritted and the air temperature was below zero so walking to my car was not easy and I slipped several times. You must do better!

I paid in advance for parking £29, when I exited and the exit point barrier tried to charge me and additional £84 and I had to then call the assistant, it took 10 minutes to clear and I held up traffic. I just hope I am not charged these additional charges to my credit card.

The access to the parking area was simple. When we returned on Thursday 14th of Dec. The pathways to the outside parking areas had not been treated with grit or salt to prevent icy surfaces on the walkways The surfaces were trecherous.

The car park is dirty and had several puddles inhibiting the unloading of luggage. Where we parked the black grim on the parking surface was thick and damaged our luggage. The signage to fast track is only appropriate for passengers with no luggage and on our return the signage back thru the airport was nonexistent. You need to get your act together and look at the quality of service etc provided by other Scottish airports.

On exit to Car Park I put in the ticket received when arriving. It was asking for £30.00 and i had prepaid £34.00 not only should the system not ask for payment it would seem to be cheaper to just arrive and pay on exit. Why does the prepaid customer have to wait for verification when the scanning has been done on entry. Why indeed is there an amout request for payment, when prepaid?

Booking Confirmation 3574811 I prepaid my booking but unfortunately the number plate recognition did not work on arrival at the airport and I had to request a ticket from the machine. This resulted in an unnecessary delay when exiting the car park as I had to contact administration. Although this car park was more expensive I chose it for the ease of convenience and the fact that I could walk to the terminal but unfortunately this did not transpire.
