The access to the parking area was simple. When we returned on Thursday 14th of Dec. The pathways to the outside parking areas had not been treated with grit or salt to prevent icy surfaces on the walkways The surfaces were trecherous.

The car park is dirty and had several puddles inhibiting the unloading of luggage. Where we parked the black grim on the parking surface was thick and damaged our luggage. The signage to fast track is only appropriate for passengers with no luggage and on our return the signage back thru the airport was nonexistent. You need to get your act together and look at the quality of service etc provided by other Scottish airports.

On exit to Car Park I put in the ticket received when arriving. It was asking for £30.00 and i had prepaid £34.00 not only should the system not ask for payment it would seem to be cheaper to just arrive and pay on exit. Why does the prepaid customer have to wait for verification when the scanning has been done on entry. Why indeed is there an amout request for payment, when prepaid?

Booking Confirmation 3574811 I prepaid my booking but unfortunately the number plate recognition did not work on arrival at the airport and I had to request a ticket from the machine. This resulted in an unnecessary delay when exiting the car park as I had to contact administration. Although this car park was more expensive I chose it for the ease of convenience and the fact that I could walk to the terminal but unfortunately this did not transpire.

Booking Reference 3509838; Our return flight from Madeira (LS736) was due to depart at 14.40 but due to adverse weather on the island we didn't leave until after 16.00. We were due to land in Edinburgh at 18.45 but in fact didn't arrive until 21.00! When I made the car park booking I stated a departure time of 19.30 but because of the delay in Madeira we left the car park at 21.45. To my surprise I had to pay an extra £3.90 before my wife and I were allowed to leave. Having already paid £47.99 for the privilege of parking in the Terminal Surface, you can imagine I was less than pleased. I would welcome your response please W Ronald

The car parking itself is easy and the buses regular however we booked from 10/12 @1500 to 11/12 @ 2030 our flight from Frankfurt was cancelled due to snow so we didn’t get back until midday on 12/12 now considering my booking already went into another day and we were back before 1500 we had to pay another £34 to get out of the car park which I feel is very unjust, I will be using NCP in future as when I flew into Glasgow earlier in the year after a delay I wasn’t charged an extra day by NCP

When I returned in the evening was leaving the 'barrier' wanted extra payment. I prebooked at £26.99 and at the barrier was due to pay over £38.00. Buzzed operator and got sorted but the whole process was messy

When leaving the car park there was a large queue for the three barriers. When I got up to one of the barriers the screen on the ticket machine said closed. Meanwhile behind me there was a queue of cars piling up. Add to this a cheeky taxi driver not able to understand the concept of having to reverse his taxi to let me reverse so I could go to another barrier. Spoke to the office on the intercom to then be told they were aware of the situation. How about getting someone out there to solve the issue or at least put a cone up to tell people not to go through that barrier. Not what I needed after 3 hours on a plane then a 2 hour drive back to Aberdeen!!!

Booking the offer was very easy. Unfortunately on leaving I was expected to pay full price. The man I contacted was very helpful but I felt that this was uneccesary hassle. But overall pretty good.

Would have been ‘a very good’ but for the fact we had to wait over 30 mins to get through barriers. Informed there was a computer glitch and barriers could not lifted manually, just had to sit it out was the response until computers kicked in. Eventually an employee came with a ‘key’ and turned a switch at the bottom of each point! Annoying when it happens late at night and all you want to do it to get home .....

The entrance from the car park to international departures and the airport is a joke. Have a look at Glasgow Airport to see how it should be run. My future flights will most likely revert to Glasgow Airport as a result of same

After arriving back in Edinburgh after a three and a half hour flight it took about half an hour of wandering about the bus pick up point before finding out that they had changed bus stop in June. That's okay if you are a frequent flyer but we hadn't been away since February so had no idea the stance had moved. It was late at night and bitterly cold! Once we eventually got back to our car we found that we were 'locked in' the car park as the barrier system wasn't working. I have no idea what went wrong as nobody was talking to us or anyone else waiting in the queue to get out. When we did get moving the barriers were stuck in the open position and it looked like the barrier controls had been broken into with a panel pulled off! In all it took us an extra hour to get home on a really cold night. NOT HAPPY BUNNIES

Made a mistake with the return flight date when booking. Alerted you by e-mail straight away, but got a response the following morning saying I had to book for an additional 24 hours, this at an extra cost of £29.99 compared to the extra £6.60 I would have paid if I hadn't put in the wrong day for the return flight. Appreciate this is consistent with your T&Cs but I thought this was poor customer service for what used to be a regular user of your car parking facilities.

When leaving car park, machine would not accept my ticket and asked me for £115 !!!! I had pre booked and paid online for the weekend. Had to spend almost 10 mins talking to some man at the end of the machine, not the best thing to do after a flight and 10 min bus ride to terminal. Why pre pay when you are delayed in getting out😡

It is too expensive and the Long Stay car park is a frightening place when you are alone at night.
