I booked my Parking with an intended leaving time of around 7/8pm I added this to my parking, it then booked with a leaving time of 1pm in the day. I did not realise this at the time and given the fact I had input my flight details I presumed would be no issue I was to £14 odds when I left the car park. After paying £30 for 4 days I was not best pleased you need to make this easier to alter or state that no changes can be made to bookings when booking.

Expensive, crazy one way system, narrow parking spaces.

Trying to find a car parking space was nearly intolerable. I ended up more or less at the entrance gate where there were only around 5 or 6 spaces left. My next visit at the moment is the 2nd January 2018 and if the conditions are the same will seriously think of going back to the other car parks ie say Secure Airparks . I do not wish to do that as this park suits me.

our flight was delayed through no fault of our own by 1 day, when at the check out barrier I had to pay excess time, acceptable because it was not the parking co's fault either, but, £47.00, yes £47.00 to get out. That was almost half of the full payment I made for 17 days! absolute rip off, won't be back, ever.

Pre booked parking with 1 hour margin on time of leaving, however return flight delayed by 3.5 hours and excess to pay at barrier £13.80. Not happy with this excess charge will not use car parking again but instead use taxi

Prices have increased by 300% + in the last 5 years !, service and facilities are the same. All I want to do is park my car , preferably at the airport. However due to pricing I now look at alternatives.

I paid £50 for my son to park from Wednesday to Sunday. His flight was delayed. He arrived at his car 40 minutes later than time booked. He was charged £120 for being 40 minutes late. It was 10 past midnight he is 17 years old and he just paid as he couldn't exit the car park unless he paid. The drive up price for one hour parking in the surface terminal car park us £9.30.

The postcode provided for the car park doesn't take you anywhere near the car park. In fact it takes you to the other side of the airport when input into a Sat Nav. The directions given online don't give a starting point so you have no idea which turn off you're supposed to take at junctions. We pre-paid online, inserted our ticket upon exit and we were promoted to pay an extra £5. Pressed the button for assistance at which point a very gruff gentleman answered. Poor service. Not what we wanted after a long day of travelling, with a further journey ahead

Having search online for a good rate, I am delayed 24 hours on my way back. Rather than apportion the day rate I have booked for another 24 hours, I am forced to pay a punitive £47.71. It's robbery and you should be ashamed of taking advantage of your captive audience like this

The convenience is good, very quick to get parked and away. The issue I have is the extra I had to pay due to my flight being delayed. I paid £45 for 4 DAYS parking THEN an extra £30 to cover the 12 HOURS we were delayed. That was extortionate and completely out of proportion. As delays happen regularly, it is clearly exploitation. It will make me think twice about using the parking again.

Website and email - no issues at all. Arriving on site, I had no idea which the "cheap long stay online parking" area was. I left my car in the long stay having no idea whether it was the right choice or not - it was only because of the email I had a rough idea of where to leave it. There are no signs in the car park letting me know what I was supposed to do, especially in the dark. No idea of when the next bus was coming - the bus stop signage is all old and scratched out. When I got back to the car park to pay - again no signage about having pre-paid. To my astonishment, the signage about not having to do anything with the ticket is on the barrier on the way out - probably the last place useful to actually show that information.

I booked in plenty of time and in view of problems previously I e-mailed the parking office to check my booking was in order. When I drove to the barrier I had my booking reference ready and my confirmation e-mail. When I put the ticket in the meter it said I was due £390!!!. Using the call button I spoke to the operator and he found my booking and agreed there was nothing to pay and lifted the barrier. This is the second time I have had the same problem, am I just unlucky or is the booking system a shambles?

The sat nav address given takes you to drop off not car park so we had to pay £1 to get out again. Parking itself went well and number plate was recognised. We prepaid weeks before to make things easier. When we came to leave we put in parking ticket to have message that £30 was still outstanding. After a long journey this is last thing we needed. We true do it again but same message. By this time there were cars behind so we couldn't reverse. As it was evening it was difficult to see the help button. When we did speak to someone he asked for our reservation number. It took time for me to get glasses and read out out reservation. The gentleman was very nice though and sorted the problem. Sorry yo all the drivers who were queued behind.

A complete rip off illustrative of an organisation that has lost its sense of purpose. The parking operates primarily to maximise revenues and not to offer a value for money service. Try parking anywhere close to the terminal in the surface car park. They appear to sell more spaces than they have available evidenced by cars parked outside designated spaces, forcing you to use the multi-story.The so called fast track is just another way to milk the long suffering passenger. Numerous times I have been in that queue and then told to move to the main security area as the 'crews' need to get through. Pardon me for just being a customer. I make my silent protest by refusing to buy anything from the retail stores they operate which take more than their fair share of the very limited seating areas, But customers sitting in comfort don't spend do they?

I parked in Edinburgh airport multi storey for 10 days at a cost of £84.99. I am disabled and require a disabled space as near to the departures as possible. I had booked from 10.30 am to ten days later at 10.30 am. My return flight landed at 2.15 pm and when I placed my ticket in the machine it requested a further £10.10 for the four hours overtime. My parking cost me £95.00 and my flight was £92.00 return. The £10.10 was definitely a bad experience. Reference 3552814

Booked a space, but there were no spaces left except in the furthest lane from the terminal. Would have been cheaper and better in long term car park

I was not able to cancel or change my booking and had I make another one as my flight times changed - this meant that I was incorrrctly barred at the exit as I had two bookings and the machine said I owed almost £200

Overpriced shambles, number plate ID not recognised, what’s the point ? Not the first time either.

We could not find a disabled space in which to park. Husband (leg amputee) had to walk a considerable distance to reach the terminal building. This defeated the purpose of booking Terminal Surface parking which should have meant we were close to the terminal. Caused distress and was not a good start to our holiday. The parking was expensive and clearly not worth it on this occasion. Would probably not book again.
