Car park is a reasonable size and it was fairly easy to find a space. We were shocked when we walked to the bus shelter in the car park to read a sign that the shuttle service was not operational. We therefore had a fifteen minute walk with a 4 year old child and suitcases to get to departures at 5am. We had not been informed that there was no shuttle service to the terminal. I’m not sure if this is a temporary or permanent change or how recently this shuttle service has been stopped (this is our first use of long stay parking since pre COVID) but it was very disappointing and not the ideal way to start a holiday. At the end of our stay when inserting our parking ticket into the exit gate we were informed the charge was £310 despite having prepaid for the parking! Thankfully after quick intercom chat with staff the barrier was opened. The long stay car park used to be a slick operation and I was happy to pay for the service but now it is fairly shambolic and I’ll think twice in future.

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Prices have rocketed in cost. £199 for 7 days is getting out of hand. Really consider taking taxi next time back and forth as it it is cheaper

Hi On arrival I couldn’t find the slip road to the car park and twice had to pay £6 to leave the other car park because no one was able to answer the intercom to let me out, so I had to pay £12 about my payment

I had a terrible experience because I was not sent email confirmation. After much anxiety we were finally let in by the barrier after giving our license plate. Also didn't end up getting to use of fast track security because didn't get the email.

When I returned put parking ticket in machine it said I had to pay 410 pounds used buzzer spoke told my registration. Number he opened barrier no apology found rude quite a fright thinking done something wrong

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Too expensive, there is a ridiculously great and unnecessary increase in price as the period between booking and flight departure reduces For this reason alone, I will endeavour never to book Edin Airport parking again. The customer may have good reasons for a later booking and there is absolutely no reason why the price should increase by such a devastating amount. Unacceptable business practice for a very poor airport.

Limited disabled spaces - none free. Had to park on rooftop level. No luggage trolleys available at each level. Highly inconvenient for user. Very poor experience, causing high stress levels. Signs for entry to multi storey poor.

I made a error on leaving Day & arriving as it was early morning at 3am which would of been correct for time but not Date. Make sure you get Day& time correct as this Airport will change you £45 pounds for being a day late & 1 minute past your time even although it took them time to process my additional payment to put me over this 1 minute into a extra days of payment. I have asked if this £45 could be reduced and they cheekily put in this 1 minute of after the 3am as additional point . I was willing to pay a small fee for my mistake but £45 is robbery.

Twice in the last month I have booked Edinburgh airport parking in advance and when I have driven to the barrier to exit I have been presented with charges of £120 and £150 for parking (as if I did not book in advance) which then takes 10mins to resolve late at night. Please fix this issue.

I booked Fast Park, paying £149.50, for 1 week. On arrival l was informed that it was overbooked and to park in the adjacent carpark in L section. I was instructed to leave my keys with the office and my car would be moved later. On doing this, I was informed by another attendant to just retain my keys and my car would remain in situ until my return. On return, a week later, l was charged £335 for parking in L section. I called the attendant on the intercom, refused to pay, and he lifted the barrier remotely. In short, l did not get what l payed for and will not use your facility in future.

Worst service ever! I booked to park for a week, arrived 5.30am, was advised by the only "member of the team" that they were at capacity and could not park me and to go to the general car park. The team member advised that he had a note of my registration number and would park my car once they had space. So I parked my car and took my parking ticket and key to the fastpark as advised. Arrived at the fastpark building to be told by a team member to keep my key and parking ticket and you will receive a full refund (which i haven't) and the ticket will be paid for by fast park. Complete waste of time for a service that is supposed to save you time wasted my time.

Parking was advertised as having a shuttle bus, but no shuttle were buses running. This then required two pensioners to lug heavy cases a considerable distance in the early morning cold. Parking was prepaid, but despite this, the ticket machine at the exit demanded three times the amount already prepaid. This was eventually resolved by using the customer services button at the exit. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Parking was overpriced and didn’t deliver the services expected or as advertised.

Thank you for your review, I can confirm that Plane Parking operates a shuttle bus therefore it sounds like you may have entered the wrong car park which would also explain why our our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry resulting in a charge upon exit. I had pre booked and paid for fast park as our flight was very early. On arrival we waited around 15 minutes to enter the fast park terminal, even though there was only 2 cars ahead in the queue. We were then told that the fast park car park was full to capacity and we would need to park in the terminal car park. The steward informed me that I should then drop my keys off at the fast park reception and my car would then be taken across to the correct area when space was available. When I arrived at the fast park reception to hand over keys, the woman there then informed me that they could not move my car from terminal parking and it would remain there for the duration of my holiday. Upon departure of the terminal Carpark at the end of my stay, I was told I was due £315 for parking. This was not paid after talking to a member of staff. Overall the Managment of the fast park facility is an absolute farce at best.

I booked ‘fast park’ for 15th sept for 7 days. When I turned up on the day I was told fast park was full which came as quite a surprise as you can imagine. I was informed by the staff a note of my registration had been taken and I could park elsewhere. That caused a number of issues as the other car park was busy and as a result I nearly missed my flight and it made the experience for me and my family very stressful which defeats the point of ‘fast park’.

My booking was pre-booked and paid. However, in my exit of longstay carpark within the allowable period, the machine charged me another £190 pounds. Such a ridiculous services offered by Edinburgh Airport.

When we arrived from our flight from Naples at 3pm on Saturday 14th September our car had not been brought back for pick up. We waited for over half an hour before we got it. We would have been home in this time. The only thing we were told is that you were extremely busy this day. We find this completely unacceptable as a service as keys for flights which had not yet arrived were being put in the drawers as we waited. We paid a premium price for your service and hope you will compensating us for our inconvenience otherwise we will not be using your service again and will be advising others not to either.
