Had booked to what I thought covered the day of the 5th of October as well turns out it only covered to half mid night on the 5th so if booking here I would add another day to cover yourself

Very poor. We were unable to travel home from Brussels due to a security staff strike. Arrived back the next day to be charged an extra £55 at the Long Stay. Will use alternative parking next time.

Thank you for your review. As is set our in your confirmation e-mail and in the FAQs section of our website, if you know you will overstay your booking outwith the 6 hour grace period then you should make a new booking that starts when your current one ends and this will prevent you from having an overstay charge applied which is charged at the non-booked rate for the car park you are in. Again reached the gate at 11 pm and despite prebooking the machine asks for £140. The guy on the intercom was helpful but this happend every time I travel a which us mist weeks. For the amount the charge even when prebooking they could sort this ptoblem.

Not happy as ticket didn't work to get me out of the main car park exit and I had to pay an extra £6 at the barrier for that. Before it is suggested that I should have went back, there was a queue of cars begind me at the barrier, it was after midnight and I was just off an international flight to drive back to Glasgow. If I get £6 compensation to my bank account for that, I'm happy to give a 5 start review Graham

We booked in advance the long stay car park and there were no spaces at all. We drove round and round the whole car park (as were lots of other cars) and not one. Lots of cars were parked up on the side of the car park road and not in designated spaces so we had to do the same on one of the few few spots where there were not double yellow lines. This gave us great anxiety someone would come round and bash / scratch the car. Thankfully this didn’t happen. Not pleased at all. Will not use again.

67JR2SMGF paid never used couldnt cancel sons car went in for repair T5HG10HFX upon exit charged 45.00 paid 59.99 for week S7CF4GRW0 exit charge 45.00 paid 54.99 for week ihad mistakenly put return date as 2/10/24 correct return date 3/10/24 excessive charge for one day car park appears to benifit greatly from my mistake im looking for charges to be reduced and refunded first time ive ever flown from edinburgh never again i say this as i very much doubt you will help i wonder if you will ever read this or even get back to me Kayren Cunningham

Stayed at terminal parking for 3 days PRE-PAID online When exiting the car park put ticket in machine and it came on screen that was due £145 ???? For 3 days ????? This is happening more often to people as I relate this story . It's either a con or system needs fixing . Spoke to buzzer personnel on duty and he lifted the barrier but anyone who is vulnerable or panics will just pay and that's them out of pocket . Fix this problem

bad experience ..when booking i clicked on my flights .and payed the £130 .when i came back they tried to charge me another £255 .. them spoke to man on intercom ...he they says his suoervisor says he will take £85 .. finally he says £18 so a payed it just so he would open barrier ..as had 2 kids in car at 2.30 am and just wanted to get them home

The last two times now I’ve prebooked and upon arrival it has not recognised my number plate and I’ve had to press a ticket. Meaning that when I am leaving after a long day of travelling I have to sit and buzz for intercom which then takes 10-15 mins so a queue forms. So ridiculous.

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. It seems , after following a plane park bus into what I assumed was the plane park car park, and getting picked up by a plane park bus and returned to by a plane park bus , turned out to be a long stay car park and got charged £120 to get out this was after I booked and paid £50 up front for my 3 day stay, this was nothing short of robbery, I’m sure your computer system will show the car park I used, I’ve received no refund for my initial booking by plane park, if this was not a plane park car park then why do plane park buses pick up customers there , this is very confusing and needs addressing, I feel that this is something you are already aware of and unwilling to address in order to fleece customers of money, as I said earlier this is out and out robbery, it’s disgraceful, I’m extremely disappointed and somewhat disenchanted, I would ask you to refund me for my stay, which I expect will fall on deaf ears, I gave a one star review simply because a zero rating wasn’t available, I have no intention on recommending you to anyone in future.

Easy booking process but they charged me an extra £6 as I was 35 mins late due to delayed baggage return. Their policy says they cover you for an extra 6 hours obviously not true

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.... i was delayed by the Ryanair incident at Milan Bergamo airport which cancelled my return flight to Edinburgh, I faced a 50mile trip to Milan LInate airport to catch a flight to Paris Charles De Gaulle and then a 3hr wait to connect to Edinburgh to try get home as soon as i could only to be stopped from leaving the car park as i had additonal charges of £45 to pay. After explaining my issue the agenct operating the machine contact number offered ZERO help whatsoever and then after dicussing this back and forth he then, and ONLY THEN, told me there was a 6hr grace offered on airport parking and said my bill was £18. He left me NO choice but to pay but my disgust is on how many other people dont fight their case and pay the original fee withouth knowing their is a 6hr grace period. I asked for a receipt for this to be told he cant issue and I was to try locate him in car park 2 where he would hand write me a receipt....this was 00:30 and i had been trying to get home for 14hrs at this point and had nothing left in me to try and locate this person!!!! This is appaling customer sevice behaviour and the agent who handled my issue should be embarrassed by not only their conduct and lack of understanding but their CLEAR manipulaton of airport parking rules when trying to charge me the maximum overstay fee. To say I am unsattisfied is an understatement.

Removed the buses from the long stay - got toally soaked with a 15 min walk - use someone outside airport and at least you get dropped off. Shocking decision bu Edinburgh Airport.

The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. Awful experience. Management of available non existent. The fee charged should demand a first class service. Creates stress trying to find an available space. Lots of drivers doing same.

Had to make a new booking to extend my stay but on exit I had to pay £244 before the barrier was lifted. For 3 weeks I have tried to get a refund but it is almost impossible to contact them.

Disappointed, ever since Covid the parking doesn't offer the shuttle bus service. We couldn't find a parking space, only found some near exit, H1 zone. Imagine going all the way through the car park to the airport with luggage. My hand was still tingling with the vibration the next day, my husband hold luggage wheels just got completely destroyed on the way back to the car. It used to be an easy option car park, you park your car and there were frequent shuttle bus. Now the prices are still up compared to the other car parks but they don't have to pay bus drivers wages and bus maintenance anymore. Yeah doesn't make sense does it, shouldn't the prices be more affordable. Not that it matters, very doubtful to use this car park again.

I pre-booked/pre-paid the multi-storey for 16 days. When I put my ticket into the machine on my return, the machine swallowed it and said I should pay £745. I am a pensioner. I felt unwell. I used the intercom and went to the hatch where the surly, sullen attendant was less than helpful. First of all he asked for my reg and my name. Both of which I provided. Then he asked for proof of purchase. He could clearly see both my wife and I were flustered but waited impassively as I feverishly scrolled back through several weeks of emails to prove my purchase. Clearly seeing I was in a state of extreme agitation, he did not wait to see these emails, but miraculously found my name and reg on his computer, and offhandedly gave me a ticket to exit the car park. My car was in the multi from Sept 5 to 20. My name is Philip Weir. I will be using the car park again in December, but not without trepidation. I would welcome a response to these comments.

Car park is a reasonable size and it was fairly easy to find a space. We were shocked when we walked to the bus shelter in the car park to read a sign that the shuttle service was not operational. We therefore had a fifteen minute walk with a 4 year old child and suitcases to get to departures at 5am. We had not been informed that there was no shuttle service to the terminal. I’m not sure if this is a temporary or permanent change or how recently this shuttle service has been stopped (this is our first use of long stay parking since pre COVID) but it was very disappointing and not the ideal way to start a holiday. At the end of our stay when inserting our parking ticket into the exit gate we were informed the charge was £310 despite having prepaid for the parking! Thankfully after quick intercom chat with staff the barrier was opened. The long stay car park used to be a slick operation and I was happy to pay for the service but now it is fairly shambolic and I’ll think twice in future.
