“So easy to use, friendly staff, its very close to an entrance into the airport. The only issues were its very easy to miss the cut off so we had to go round again which meant we had to pay £5 to exit. The other issue was when we came back from holiday,no problem in getting my keys and finding my car but as you leave you have to pay £6 to exit the car park, as you've already paid to park i wasn't expecting that. It wouldn't stop me using the service though.”

“Went the wrong way (our fault) and ended up in the drop off area, explained at the barrier and got let out with directions to go the right way to the Multi storey car park. The priority through security check was an added bonus. Excellent service when things go wrong”

“Great value for money, booked a stay in the multi storey with fast pass security. Easy to enter and exit and straight across from the airport. Will book again next time we fly from Edinburgh.”

“Close to terminal, safe and fenced in. When I tried to leave and popped my ticket in, it asked me to pay £139. Thankfully the concierge on the buzzer allowed me to exit, not what I needed after being delayed flying then taking an hour to get through passport control once landed.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Generally speaking I find surface parking reasonably priced & wll located, however it has recently become more difficult to find vacant spaces and as a blue badge holder this can cause a major inconvenience. If some means of indicating where spaces might be accessable could be introduced it would be very helpful. I know this may be very difficult to implify but here`s hoping.”

“Great parking at a good price on the door step of departures. Arrive early morning, but loads of spaces on the first level of the car park. 1 lift out of order was out of order but that didn't impact us at all. Quick entry and exit. Made the start and end of our wee break away so easy.”
