“Pre paid but on exit £340 was on the check out screen. Pressed assistant call button and was resolved fairly quickly. I did follow all the instructions prior to parking up.”
“Positives - easy to find. Plenty parking spaces. Reasonable value if booked in advance. Negatives - might need to consider mid stay or terminal parking if elderly and have suitcases with you. The walk is fine about 15 mins but heavy going with suitcases. There are trolleys but none at the far end which are chargeable. Had a issue when exiting the car park, when inserted ticket it showed that I owed £340. However I had paid in advance. Pressed help bottom and issue was sorted within 10 mins or so. However at 2am in the morning it is something you don't need.”

“I purchase fast track but there was no space on that level so what was the point? Also I regualarly collect and deliver friends and family via the drop off facility which in its self is good but the cost is absolutel highway robbery. as is the fast track parking btw. not that I think my comments will make a blind bit of difference”
“An excellent and efficient system for which I would have given five stars, but, on the way out, after picking up our car, the airport tried to charge us an extra ten pounds just to clear the final car park gate. The ticket we had from the fast park exit should have cleared us without any further charges at that final exit point. I had to use the call button and complain before the gate would open. Disgraceful.”
