“The long stay car park is not well signposted from the terminal. We ended up in completely the wrong place trying to avoid cars and no pavements to walk on!”
“Raving expensive. People parking all over the place as there aren’t enough parking spaces. Is this greed, a poor algorithm that can’t work out bookings v’s capacity. As this is a main hub for people travelling internationally from the Scottish capital, invariably people are coming from poorly served (public transport) parts of Scotland. So this ought to be priced accordingly - as a service. This is a tax on connectivity that leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Get a grip stop being so greedy and price your parking better. To give this context, I rent student accommodation cheaper than this!! except your parking spaces don’t have a microwave, a comfy bed or inclusive WiFi!”
“We have used this car park a few times now, but still find it extremely difficult to find the entrance. The signposting is terrible and we always end up in the wrong place.
The parking itself is very good and convenient. We did however find the car park filthy dirty. It could do with a good sweep up.
We would use it again. But really would appreciate better signposting.”

Yes the car park is slightly further away, but with a regular bus service direct to the airport it is not a problem.
The car park entrance was easy, just drove up, number plate scanned, barrier opened... no issues.
Plenty of parking spaces, full at the front but plenty further back.
Bus drivers are all (the drivers we had) extremely pleasant.
1st class, will use again hopefully not to far in the future”

Everyone to Valet parking ) as you cannot book more than a week ….
BUT every time you try to exit the car park having
Pre paid you always have a prolonged hassle trying to get out the parking… as neither number plate recognisable cameras or your ticket will not work…. You have to contact an attendant and validate you have prepaid before they will let you
Out ….. terrible experience”
“Priced fairly and car park is close enough to walk over to the main terminal building. Not sure why a bus doesn’t run round it as they were all stood parked up. I understand this might save money and keep the cost down, but it does seem a distance to walk if you were the far end and had small children and cases to get across. Easy to get in and out and the directions given prior were helpful and clear.”
“Parking and booking at Edinburgh airport is very easy, however over the last few months of booking I never get a confirmation email, my bookings come and go on the app and when I arrive it is not recognising the car registration. The rectify it quickly but a pain each time you have to challenge the fee and wait until they confirm your booking.”
