“Prepaid medium stay. Ticket didn't work on exit. Had to speak to operator to open barrier. Same happened with car in front (who had been asked to reverse back from barrier - I pointed out that he couldn't as there were 5 other vehicles trying to get out. )”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Used the FastPark product for the first time at start of November. It was super easy to find the car park within the airport complex and super easy to get in to the FastPark parking lot. Once inside the car park, there were helpful and friendly car park attendents to help us get our car singed-in/registered and drop off our keys. We went on with our journey and the car park attendents took care of parking our car. On return, all we had to do was scan the piece of paper (given when dropping off our keys) and our car keys were retreived from a secure locker and we were told exactly which bay our car was parked in. Really easy to use and really convenient. Would definitely use this service again.”

“This parking is a big scum I was booked from 8th of October to 17th due some personal reasons didn't want to parked my car there try to cancel the booking many times and also tried to phone them which they will never answer and now they are telling me when you tried to cancel it was less then 24 hours that's horrible.”
