“Much better now the lines have been re-painted. Cars no longer park on the road only in designated bays. There’s still no transfer bus but it isn’t a long walk to the terminal. Getting out used to be confusing but new exit signage and road markings makes it easier.”

“Hello The staff I dealt with on the intercom were fantastic. My booking said long stay but I was in the terminal parking. The camera didn’t recognise my reg, when I was leaving it wanted me to pay £195.00 but as I said the intercom staff sorted it no issue. Bottom line you have a sub standard system only saved by your staff”

“Have used this service twice now and generally very happy. Easy to find. Good communication. Value for money. Good transport to airport. Only glitch has been on both occasions I’ve had trouble getting out the car park! Have had to call for help but the help always came quickly and was effective.”

Hello John, I’m sorry to hear that a trolley was left close to your car. We have a trolley collection plan in place and our teams do attend all external areas to collect trolleys throughout the day. Unfortunately, its often the case that as soon as we collect our trolleys, more appear. “For a short break it is better than getting 2 taxis with the unknown costs that involved. Car parking spaces could be bigger. As it is a premium service you tend to find a lot of bigger expensive cars using it.”
