“The car park was great, affordable and worked as described with the number plate recognition for entry. However, directions to the car park can be improved upon. It was my first time at Edinburgh Airport and I almost missed my flight trying to locate plane parking long stay car park.”

“Was great until I got to my car. I was parked with boot towards road giving access to my cases. Came back to car either side of me had reversed into spots giving them difficulties retrieving their cases. Thus using my car roof as a place for them to slide their cases over. Resulting in my roof being all scratched. Now I need a 3 stage correction on my paintwork to see if it will get rid of the scratches. Thing about common sense these days is it isnt very common. Who parks boot side into a carpark when you've got suitcases !! More than happy to provide pics.”
“Easy to get to with clear directions via the video which helps you find the parking easy. We entered the wrong barrier, but a quick reverse and in through the next one sorted this. The website would benefit from having clear directions regarding getting the bus once you land, However, having said that as you exit the airport, this is clearly signposted and quick to get to. There was a bus waiting to take us straight to the car park. Easy to leave with the card at the barrier.”
“Straightforward and easy. From booking to arriving and parking, everything was user friendly and easy. Signage could be better from arrivals hall, but other than that, the collection of key and car was easy. Good value for money.”
“Im usually a big fan of the parking options at the airport but on two occasions now using the terminal parking when I’ve gone to the exit barrier it’s prompted me for payment this time £180 on a pre paid booking. It’s been fixed quickly on both occasions using the intercom at the exit barrier but given it’s happened to me twice now it suggests there’s a problem with the system somewhere.”
