“Actual parking of my vehicle was fine. Easy to book and no problems on entry and exit.
Not happy with the charging procedure. Went online to check availability and cost which showed £12.00 per day. After checking with the rest of my family that would be OK I went back online shortly after and cost was £16 per day. I booked a that price. For curiositys sake I entered the same details and the price had risen to £20.00 per day. Lesson learned - book first time or the price goes up.”
“Booking easy and price reasonable. Entry was simple however on our return, approached the barrier which said I owed £270 even though I prepaid. Assistance button was answered by a very abrupt sounding man who offered no explanation or apology and the barrier was eventually opened.”
“This was the first time my wife and I had used Fast Park. It was great for us as we were both travelling independent of each other, so my wife dropped the car off and I was able to collect, thanks to your retrieval system. The process was seamless and very easy to use”
“The parking was fine, the exit, not so much. Paid for 10 days. When I put my ticket in it said I owed £245. Had to buzz the intercom guy who sorted it for me.”
“I ponied up the extra £2-3 and got to park in the mid-stay car park this time.
The weather was clement this time and the puddles and litter in this car park is far less than further afield in the long-stay car park.
This was a far more pleasant transit to the terminal this time, over previous experiences.”
“I'm sure I've written this in a review previously but my registration begins with a number 6 and your equipment on entry mistakes it for a letter G. Unfortunately this doesn't happen on exit and I end up having to contact assistance when faced with a charge of several hundred pounds for what is a pre-paid booking of a far lesser amount. This problem has persisted over many years and over several changes of my personal plate, so it's not my fault! Otherwise clean, convenient and secure parking in multi-storey and terminal parking. New plate recognition equipment would make it 5*”
“First time ever I've had no issues with the barriers recognising me going out, usually the screen tells me I owe £900 for my pre paid parking and I had to use intercom for validation. Still a bit on the expensive side for multi storey parking hence the 4 stars.”
“Difficult to find a space, spaces themselves are too narrow. Not enough stops so have to walk miles. Gravel from bays pulled onto the roads so difficult to pull suitcases.”
