“Normally a good fast service as the name implies but had to wait in a long queue to get into the car park on this occasion. If it’s called fast parking this is really what it needs to be. Once inside and parked everything was fast and smoothly.”

On our return all was fine but barriers had been put up leaving walkways for pedestrians clear but, only half access across the road? Better signage would definitely helped.”

“I booked the open air Terminal Parking because it is convenient for the Terminal Building. But the directions on the website are wrong, involving an unnecessary loop around the car park. Also there were very few spaces available (only ones left were across the entrance road) and the road signing is poor. It took me 20 minutes to get parked. The multistorey is much better!”

“When we arrived to park the car on Sunday 25th May it was utter carnage, the queue was enormous because the parking spaces were full and cars had to be moved to allow cars in.So a whole row had to be moved so additional cars could enter. Surely you must have known the amount of cars that would be arriving and planned accordingly.”
“Extremely Disappointing and Poorly Managed – Avoid If You Can
I had a very frustrating experience with this airport parking service. First, the entrance was incredibly hard to find, and due to the poor signage, I accidentally entered the wrong car park. I was charged £14 for being there for less than two minutes – it genuinely felt like being penalised for their lack of clear directions.
Even more confusing, exiting the wrong parking led me straight into theirs, but there was no proper entry gate or way to register. There were no staff on-site, and I spent 15 stressful minutes wandering around trying to figure out what to do. Eventually, I discovered that I had to go to the exit and use an intercom to get assistance – a completely counterintuitive and time-wasting process, especially when you're racing against the clock to catch a flight.
To make matters worse, they advertise their package as “refundable,” but this turned out to be misleading. I left two days earlier than planned and was told I couldn’t get a refund for the unused days. Apparently, you can extend your booking but not shorten it – which defeats the purpose of offering a “refundable” deal.
Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly managed, and disappointing from start to finish. I won’t be using this service again.”
