Disappointed at time waiting for bus on arrival back to Edinburgh. Waited over 20mins for bus. NCP and another company had picked up twice, in time we waited.

Although dirctions are sent when you book a gps location would be useful for those using a sat nav. The signage at the airport is rubbish. When leaving the auto number plate recognition did not work, i was presented with a bill for £160....used the help intercom, the guy was very helpful and sorted it but did start by asking for the reference number which was in a case in the boot, eventually he used the reg number to sort things.

I'm a regular user of EDI and have used all the parking options. I hadn't used the long term car park for a while but since the price was considerably lower that the other options I thought I'd give it a go for this trip. I'm not sure I'll be using it again anytime soon. The bus took about 10 minutes to arrive (it was before 5am). One of the large group assembled in the shelter used the intercom to ask if the busses were actually running. I was then disappointed to find that the drop off point has been moved much further away from the terminal building with a considerable walk to the departure gates. So much so, I used the mid stay parking walking route back to my car as it wasn't much further to walk. I've also noted that my regular marketing emails from EDI do not now contain a parking discount code.

Edinburgh Airport car parking need to become honest with its customers. Pricing needs to be consistent and transparent from the start of the journey. It is ridiculous that you can, as an example get parking cheaper in the terminal multi storey or surface, by clicking on long stay and upgrading. This frankly is just ridiculous in this day and age.

For the first time I chose the option ,for an extra cost , to use the multi-storey next to the terminal for 3 days. I had trouble finding signs to the multi-storey even after reading your directions Fine when I got there. When I came out my ticket was rejected even when I was 2 hours before the deadline. Sitting at the barrier I then had to find my paperwork with the order number before I was allowed out Very frustrating after a long day and journey

Very disappointed to return home to find at the exit gate we were supposedly due £370 to exit the car park, despite pre paying in advance. Detracts from the enjoyment of a good holiday, not to mention stress levels increasing when your subjected to a delay on leaving the car park whilst seeking a resolution.

When they manage to add more spaces and get your pre-booked ticket to let you through the barriers without having to press help to get home after a very long day travelling, then I might give a better rating! You would think with the scale of revenue and profit raised through parking they might invest in their car parks and service.

Used the Parking twice. First time I checked the Fares on the web but I couldn't finish the process of booking. I was shocked when the fee without reservation was 120 £ instead of the 39 £. There shouldn't be such a great difference. 2nd time, with the prebooking everything was fine but I felt almost robbed the 1st time

The directions on the email took me to the wrong place and when I returned from my trip I had to pay another 40 pounds for parking

Pre booking has worked well in the past. However this time unfortunately my car wasn't recognised as I drove in to park. Had to give my booking ref at the barrier on the way out and it took two goes to get the barrier lifted.

Reservation made previously, when on arrival camera didn't recognised the plate. Called customer service, very unprofessional and only after referring three times the reservation number they accepted and leted me in. On exit the same ordeal, again waiting for confirmation. Very bad service. Not so easy like advertised.

Tried to charge me £119 on exit when I'd paid in advance! No apology at the barrier when I eventually sorted it out. Poor customer service.

The last 3 times that I have used the car park, booking on a pre-pay basis via your website, the barriers have failed to open on my exit; This means I have to call the team for support and although they are always very helpful, it is a bit of an inconvenience especially when loads of angry taxi drivers are blasting their horns at me as they think I just haven't paid and my stupidity is holding them up ! Can I suggest that you may have a glitch in your IT systems that is faing t recognise pre-paid tickets ??

On a cold February morning I stood from 4.10 till 4.30 waiting for the car park bus. If I had known it I could have walked in that time rather than be left standing. Otherwise it could have been a good experience

When i was leaving the park the machine showed me a payment overdue of £95.00 even though I made a prepayment and took the car out of the park before the time limit. This is the 2nd already

Should provide clearly a drinking water tap when in departures, reasonably priced food and free internet consoles.

Good day - Once again we were delayed in having the Car Park as the Ticket machine wanted payment of £95.00 for parking despite pre-booking & payment. We have not exceeded the parking times booked. This has happened to me on numerous occasions and to be honest it is getting a bit tedious and I may be inclined to consider other parking

It's as quick to walk from the long term car park than taking the transfer bus given you get dropped off so far from the terminal. Entry barrier was not operational when entering car park at 6:00am - had to go in the exit and thus no ticket issued. Grumpy operator when trying to exit without ticket as all was pre-paid online...
