No covered walkway. If it was raining it would be dreadful. Would prefer a bus transfer to off site parking in future to avoid this issue

(1) The parking service is extremely expensive. (2) The price seems to vary day by day... without logic... well the only logic seems to be to maximise how much they can squeeze from you (3) the multi storey car park is convienent for leaving Edinburgh...but a hike and half from International Arrivals.

Reasonably priced for a week's parking pre-booked in advance via a 'flash sale', but was faced with a request for over £260 when leaving the car park. Neither the barrier or the attendant recognised the car registration in the system, had to locate booking reference before being allowed to leave.

Costing was more than my flights

The instructions led me to expect inserting my ticket at the exit barrier was all I needed to do but instead the screen told me a fee of 90 GBP was outstanding even although I'd prepaid 47.99 online. The call button, which at first seemed unresponsive, finally put me through to someone who took my booking reference and validated that manually allowing me to leave without paying any extra.

The actual parking part of the experience was perfect. The camera recognition part was excellent and I parked quite near the terminal which was lovely as it was snowing when I came back. My complaint is to do with communication. When I was on my holiday I realised I had booked my return date as the day I left instead of the day I actually arrived back so I tried to get in touch to rectify the problem. I emailed twice (once I cc'd myself in to make sure it was sending properly) and called over a dozen times on 2 different numbers (1 with options and 1 direct dial) with absolutely no response from either. This left me worried and pretty stressed as to what I would be facing when I came back.

I've travelled through several aiprots in UK & abroad and Edinburgh is the least pleasant of them all - it seems to change every time you fly and each change gives you the feeling it has been delberately designed to make the travellers' expereince more awkward. Entrnace door closest to the terminal car park now blocked off so you have to detour with you luggae to the next one. Secuirty is the worst I have experienced - it just does not flow, crazy - who on earth designed this mayhem?? No linearity, rather a series of cross-over pathways meaning people cannto help but get in each others' ways. For the returning passenger things are no better - the new shed for "low cost" airlines (maybe others too?) is hell on earth: no auto readers and a 40 min queue to get through manual border control... plenty desks (9 in total) but only 2 staffed. as the signs proclaim "welcome to scotland"

Car park pricing is a rip off. Moving the longterm car park bus stop from the previous location just outside the airport building to the very far end fo the multistorey does not make any sense and is obviously very inconvenient for the customer.

Normally the pre-booked system works flawlessly. On this occasion I was delayed at the exit barrier by a system failure. Fortunately the staff response on the intercom was polite and helpful, but any delay after a five hours flight is irritating.

Delays entering car park, too many spaces coned off, expensive, puddles and mud in multistage. Must be the most expensive multistage airport in UK!

I was happy with the service until I came back to a damaged car and was offered no support from customer services regarding this

We always find the airport depressingly dirty when we come back from other European countries. Toilets blocked or out of order, soap dispensers empty and locks not working, few staff around and those that are at arrivals and departures are often grumpy and unhelpful. Parking is good, but pricing erratic, one day very cheap, the next very expensive. Good enough range of food available in departures, but again, dirty tables, floors and toilets. If we're meant to be so proud to be Scots, I can't understand why we can't show it in keeping our surroundings clean and tidy and somewhere we'd like to be.

The airport in general is poorly laid out and the parking bays are too close together leading to my car being bashed by the door of the neighbouring vehicle.

Multi storey car park indicates spaces that don't exist on each floor.......I know it's because of spaces being coned off as work necessary but this has been going on for some time now and I've seen no work being done! Fast track corridor is a great idea and I love it .....except when the boarding pass machine isn't working!!! A real trek to check in hall

Parking itself was fine, however I had to phone before I booked as I wasn't sure when I would be back, the young girl that took the call had a horrendous attitude and was plain cheeky.

On return we found the car and tried to exit. No luck. So we went to the pay booth, no luck there so tried to exit once more. No luck, so pressed the button for help. Eventually it was answered and were asked to quote our booking reference. There didn't seem to be number recognition, and the sum of over £100 for 2 nights parking was farcical! Eventually the barrier lifted and we made our escape. Not nice on a wet and freezing night with a 2 hour journey ahead of us.

When we left the airport the machine said we had ££265.00 to pay. We used the intercomm to speak to a person. Who then asked for the booking referrence. Fortunatly we had it to hand and we were let out. But a lot of customers would only have the ticket. That is the reason for this poor Mark.

As a regular parker you previously offered a login and preferential service - why do you not simplify and look after you most important customers?

Grossly overpriced service with a one day parking rate costing more than twice the price of a daily car rental
