The location was good and plenty of spaces. Unfortunately bad weather in Amsterdam delayed our return flight by 8 hours and my exit from the car park by 7 hours. I paid £25 for 3 days parking but an additional fee of £30 because of this which I find disgraceful.

The bus stand is a shambles. So many people and trolleys that people couldn't get out of the road. Plus the bus to your long stay appeared to be running less frequently than those for premiair so it doesn't make sense to pay for your long stay. That said, if you made a footpath to get there, I'd prefer your long stay offering. I don't believe that would cannibalise your other offerings as I'd still use multi story and surface when working are picking up the tab.

Disappointing with car parking as having booked in advance only to find computer was not able to read number plates and had to wait in long queue on my return to have ticket validated

Disappointed and concerned to be asked to pay over £600 at exit after pre-booking. No explanation given by staff just as well I had my booking reference printed!

Coach pickup and drop-off too far from terminal and the long stay could be better signposted. Other bus services are allowed right outside the terminal - long-stay should have the same privilege. Some information should be made more obvious during booking process. Such as being able to arrive up to 2 hours earlier prior to booked drop-off time. I could not see any mention of a grace period, if returning to collect car late. This should also be made clear at booking stage. Lastly, there didn't seem to be any advantage to pre-booking online.

45 minutes' wait for luggage as the only arrivals on Saturday morning (March 18) at 10.20am from Innsbruck is certainly very poor.

Over-priced. Confusing pricing options. Poor carpark layout.

Edinburgh airport parking was a very satisfactory experience, it was simple and efficient. However, Edinburgh airport is a countries capital airport and I find it very unsatisfactory for this purpose. I have travelled to most of Europe, the far east and America and I have never been in a more inadequate airport than Edinburgh. I find this a sad reflection on my country's capital.

The discounted cost of terminal surface car parking has increased from £68 last year to £186 for the same four week period in September and October this year. Unacceptable profiteering.

Slightly my fault, but on booking my ticket it was only valid until Monday morning 1130 instead of 2330 hrs. On getting to the ticket machine it duly stated I had £29 outstanding to pay, I rang the buzzer to explain the circumstances to the operator and was impolitely told to reverse back and pay the outstanding £29. So instead of costing me £40 it cost me £70 for parking. Yes I should probably of checked the ticket, but surely there is a compromise????!!!!

Car number plate was not recognised on entry, enquired at office before leaving for our holiday and was told that this would be no problem. On our return price quoted on exit was £550. Member of staff was not especially helpful although problem was solved. I probably would not use this car park again because of this issue

Tried to charge us on the way out £145 for 3 nights on a ticket we had previously paid online before going, which resulted in having to call for help to leave that car park. We did get out with out more charge however it was a bit of a pain.

Plane parked over 20 minute bus ride away from terminal , that is once the steps for the plane arrived, from landing till receiving baggage one hour twenty five minutes, positively no excuse for it. Flight LS816 on the thirteenth of March 2017 .

Not directly you're fault but I accidentally parked in the NCP car park and the attendant checked my online reference and let me carry on. When I returned they told me I was in the wrong car park and was charged double the ammount I had already paid. Not sure if they have anything to do with yourselfs but it would have been nice to know so I could have parked in the correct area. Regards, Fraser

Every single time I use your car park , I purchase on line Every time I try to exit the barrier I am stopped and the machine tells me I am due hundreds of pounds Every time I have to buzz for assistance Then I am released every time But at least now I put the booking reference on my phone as I know I am going to be asked for it And it never ever changes I am resigned to this pantomime every time

I was absolutely delighted with the parking arrangements for my recent weeks holiday. However I have a disabled husband- when I dropped him at the airport and collected him it cost me £5.99 to drop him off and £12.69 to collect him. When he left I had to take his luggage in for him.I had to be sure to be there in good time to collect him in order to to take his luggage from the assisted. He travels with a small mobility scooter and requires assistance so it is not feasible to use the normal drop off and pickup lanes. It is rare that he flies without me but surely it should be feasible without this whopping charge. It seems so unfair that I could park for a week for about 60% more than this.

The vehicle recognition system did not work and in fact has only worked once for me necessitating a conversation and delay at the exit gate. Your bus transfer which is normally very good was also poor. I arrived opposite the bus stand as a bus was pulling out. There was another one waiting and it moved onto the bus stop and in the time the lights took to go to green to cross the road to the bus stand the driver left again - 2.20 pm without any passengers. The same driver returned some 15 minutes later and collected waiting passengers. He deposited some at the hotel then went into long stay car park and did not stop or slow down until bus stop 3 and I therefore had to walk back to bus stop 1 where my car was parked.

I pre-booked Plane park but on arrival discovered the ticket machine jammed so I had to get help to open the barrier & did not get a ticket for our return. On return I once more had to get help as I had no ticket. I am unlikely to use again.

We booked a space well in advance & it was so busy we had 20 minutes to find a space which was not good when you feel you have pre paid & booked for an easier parking up ! So there is not enough designated spaces for booked parking we are very disappointed & eventually got a space in the periphery parking spaces !

Absolutely disgusted with the greed of Edinburgh Airport Parking. I have no complaints about the access to the parking area and the parking area itself, although there could be better walkway to the airport for pushing heavy trolleys, baby prams etc. My complaint is about pricing. I paid £48.99 for parking from 08:30 on 28 Feb to 21:00 on 9 March (a total of 228 hours and 30 mins, which makes the parking rate a little over 20 pence an hour). Now, that's a very reasonable and fair fee, considering you are simply parking your car in an open field, which has a barricaded entry and exit. My arrival time on 9 March was 18:55. It usually takes about 30 to 45 mins to navigate your way out of Edinburgh airport after arriving in a domestic flight. I decided to pay for some extra parking time (of about an hour to an hour and half) in case the flight was a bit late. As it turned out, our first flight was late, which meant we missed the connecting flight from London, and BA then put us on a late night flight. This led to us arriving in Edinburgh around 23:00 and overstaying in the parking area for more than two and half hours. Now I am sure this happens all the time, as delayed flights are not an uncommon thing. I was shocked to find out that I had to pay £8.60 for overstaying my parking by just over two and half hours. You could park in Edinburgh city centre for that rate. It makes a complete mockery of people paying well in advance for parking at reasonable rates. I wish Edinburgh Airport parking would see sense and stop fleecing helpless passengers in this manner and bring some sense to their pricing structure for overstaying, especially when the overstaying is completely out of passenger's control.
