“Called at 0915 that I would be returning early at c.1300. I arrived at car valet at 1325, no car ready, had ignored my message, then the barrier wouldn’t operate and asked for £4.50 - I was three days early - What the hell service is that !!!!”
“Disappointed that having booked for a week our flight was 4 hours late so we were two hours later than predicted leaving the carpark and were charged £10 for this.”
“Great to park so close to airport. But twice in recent months our ticket has not worked at the car park exit barrier and we have had to press the assistance button to query this and eventually have been let through. This is very embarrassing and holds up the queue to exit the car park. Why does this happen?”
“New process of pick up and drop off is not as good as it used to be. The buses are less regular and more crowded. This makes it difficult to get your baggage loaded and unloaded, and takes longer.”
“Reasonably close to terminal and good bus service. Bus signs not clearly displayed at pick up point outside terminal. Passed by them the first time without noticing sign for "A" bus.”
“No issues getting to or parking. Very secure happy to leave car there while going on holiday.
However, when leaving the ticket machine said that i was due £130 but i had pre paid the ticket!
Had a wait 10 minutes to speak to someone to sort it out.
But got it sorted eventually!”
“Signage to the car park quite easy to follow. Did not appear to be any signage to the Fast Track bridge, I would say it is more clearly signposted at Glasgow Airport.”
“I booked 2 lots of parking with yourselves, the service itself was fine although not super straight forward to get to. However, I do not agree with the 24 hour cancellation policy when you purchase a parking space the day previous to your departure”
“Unable to exit without assistance from controller who requested my prepaid booking reference to open the barrier. I was not alone experiencing this problem as the driver at the adjacent gate had also to contact the controller. Perhaps the number plate recognition is not picking up prepaid bookings ?”
