“Drop,off was fine, collection was terrible. Our flight was about 4 hours late, so it was 01:30 as we exited the airport. Sinkage for FastPark from arrivals is extremely poor. In addition, as we were late I was charged £7 for exceeding my parking time (the car had been there a week)

“This parking is really handy and convenient as the whole process is very simple and the car drop off and pickup is so close to the terminal building.”

“Booking parking is very easy but actually parking is very frustrating! There are no indications of where spaces are available which results in trawling around looking for a suitable space. Some cars are poorly parked which makes it impossible to park alongside. There are no signs indicating the walking route to the terminals and it appears there is no monitoring of the size of vehicles using the spaces. Drivers entering or exiting the multi storey are prone to ignore the pedestrian crossings.Luggage trollies are available but only at a cost and the tarmac surface is very rough in places.”

Only downside had to go into drop off to try and find Plane Parking was charged £6”
