“The actual car park was fine, and we appreciated the Fast Track security.
Getting to the actual car park was not as obvious as it is implied in the booking confirmation. Poor signage, poor road markings, confusing entry lanes which say buses only at one point, and little indication of which floor the actual airport bridge is on.
Leaving was similar; from an international arrival we seemed to come out of a side door in the rain , nowhere near our parking area. There were no obvious signs for the walkway, poor surfaces which made wheeling heavy bags difficult, and no obvious signs for the lifts.
At the exit barrier it refused to accept our prepaid ticket, we had to call the intercom whereupon we were released with no explanation.
Decent price, but badly thought out as a smooth experience.”
