“Trolleys are scarce and in 1 location, hard to find and a trip to return them…. Trolley machine wasn’t working when I arrived - parked miles away from it so wasted trips trying to get a trolley.. parking is fine. Trolley locations are too few and far away.”
“I have used fastpark many times but on my return this time i was disapointed to notice that many of my dashboard settings had been tampered with none of witch were nesassery to drive the vehicle.”

The bus was swift in picking up and dropping off and the bus stop at the terminal was clearly labelled. I would recommend booking in advance to get the best rates. I made the mistake of waiting and the price nearly doubled!”

“Was disappointed as paid £49.99 to park here online. Then had to pay an extra £25 to get my keys from locker and then a further £7 to get past the barrier, this was not mentioned beforehand”
“Once again my car registration hadn't been read properly on entering the multi storey car park and when trying to leave the car park after 14 days putting in my ticket to get out it said I owed over £900 pounds on speaking to the control room i was let out need to get this sorted out as this is around 3 times In the last 2 years”
“The parking was very convenient and easy to access. A 3 min walk to the terminal was perfect. The ohly issue was that I was asked to pay £180 upon leaving despite paying in advance online. At the check out gate, there is a button to speak to somebody, however it rang for ages before being picked up. This was resolved immediately, but not before a slight panic on my side. Successful and quick resolution, however not what I had anticipated after a very early flight.”
