“Returning to Edinburgh Airport to use Fast Park, don't think I would use any other parking option. Very easy to find and super helpful member of staff (Ian) who assisted us on arrival. The chap who directed us to park was cheery and pointed us in the direction of the key drop off. Having checked in online, a quick scan of the QR code, labels were printed and another staff member assisted with labelling keys and depositing. He also briefly explained what to do on our return. Return and collecting keys was super easy. Will definitely use again, hassle free but I will be booking earlier next time to grab a cheaper rate.”
“Good value and reasonably easy to find a space. Car parks should be better signposted before the roundabout where you turn right. Also, I extended my car park stay, but the system didn’t recognise that so I had to buzz for someone to raise the barrier upon exit.”
“Easy arrival, but significant issues on exit
Finding the car park and entry was seamless. However, our return at 1:45 am was stressful. Despite pre-booking months in advance, the machine rejected our ticket and claimed we owed £265. We had to use the assistance button; while the call was answered quickly, it took some time to resolve the issue. This is the last thing you need after a long flight in the middle of the night. Improvements to the registration recognition system are definitely needed.”
