“After arriving at 1:50 am there were two gentleman on the bus one of who was not the driver refused to open the centre door on the bus stating that it only confuses people then proceeded to stand and chat with the driver thus forcing people to squeeze past him with their luggage he offered no assistance to anyone including people who could not lift their cases into or out of the racks he may have only been there socialising with the driver but in the end he was a hindrance to people who at that time in the morning had already had an exhausting day”
“To far to walk with 2 cases plenty spaces at the end of the car park.....yeah that's all that was available for me.....NEVER again will I park in the long stay car park”
“The parking procedure, location and staff are all very good. I am, however, dismayed at arriving back from my 5 hour flight which was delayed only to have to pay extra at the final exit point at 0330am. After a scrambled hunt for my credit card at the exit gate, I paid it but had no explanation why, no one to ask and no prior notification. Very disappointed, I expected better from Edinburgh Airport Parking.”
“Utilise mid or long stay on a regular basis.
On this occasion using long stay. Car park was well filled with several cars parked in alleyways due to space availability.
Ticket machine challenges are an ongoing problem with no ticket popping out on entry which then results in phone call to attendant on exit as even with pre booking a demand for payment comes up. Ok if exit is day time but if it 00.00-01.00 a wait for attendant may be challenging. Ongoing occasional challenge at both carparks utilised.”
“The parking solution itself is actualy great and I'd give it 5 out of 5 but the drivers/attendants seem to think it either a laugh and or ok to completely mess with your car set up. Seat position, temperature / AC etc. This really puts me off this option.
Could really do with a trolly pick up / drop point at the furthest away end of the car park.”
“Hi booked for only an hour and I got charged for a full day, it should be clearer that you can't only book for one day, so I shouldn't be able put times for one hour and on the same day.”
“The parking itself is fine. But on multiple occasions the exit barrier has forgotten that I’ve pre-paid, so I have to call the attendant and ask to be released. There seems to be an ongoing glitch in the system.”

“Car park and shuttle bus are good.
Two points. When you have come from a warm climate then getting people to stand and wait in a cold windswept bus stop with partial shelter for not mora than 4 or 5 people is very poor! You could configure the area better.
This system where the barrier opens on entry but if you don't pick up a ticket you are fined a massive amount even though booked in advance is confusing and unfair.
When the barrier opens it is a reasonable assumption that your number plate has been recognised because you were required to enter it on the booking.”
“Have used this before and likely will again but the review is severely dropped because parking for the week was £60 but due to my flight being delayed a day when I retired I was charged another £45 for the privilege!”
“We pre-booked parking but were told by the exit barrier that we had an outstanding charge of £60. Calling for assistance did resolve the problem but it was an irritating bit of stress at the end of a long day's travel. (£60 must be daily rate if you haven't booked which seems extortionate.)”
“Generally good, the technonolgy seems to work and my car was fine. The exit is a bit odd, it is not automated and the first exit (which has no instructions) wants you to press the 'illuminated' button to exit (impossible to see if the sun is shining, surprising in Edinburgh but it happened to us) and then gives you a ticket. The next exit has a card entry point but opens automatically, so that sequence needs more work.”
