Parking is not the problem at Edinburgh airport. We waited 100 minutes for our luggage. It took longer to get our luggage than the length of the flight from Gothenburg. On the way out we were delayed nearly 2 hours due to difficulties getting a passenger off the incoming flight.

The entry to fast park took almost an hour. This is not fast parking in our eyes.

We ordered the fast park and it was 1h wait on arrive in a long queue of cars. We finally parked and headed thought security to our gate, lucky we arrived 4H on time to ensure we escape any problems then add on the 4 hour drive....

Parking was very good, okay to find and park. The spaces aren’t massive and on returning to the vehicle there was a dent in the car rear panel from somebody opening a door from a car next to us. So the spaces could be bigger. You don’t get that when somebody else parks the car for you so in future, I think we’ll look for parking that offers thatservice

Very few spaces were available when I arrived so although I was able to find one this was not easy. I had prepaid but when trying to exit the barrier wouldn't open and the mcahinge said I owed over £200 though when I explained this over the intercom the barrier was raised for me.

Everything went fine until I tried to exit from the car park. Despite having a pre-booked reservation for our stay, when I entered my parking ticket into the machine at the exit I was advised that a fee of £840 was due. I contacted the operator and eventually was able to convince him that I had a valid reservation and that my arrival and departure times were within the terms of the reservation. He did not ask for details of my reservation, merely wished to confirm my registration number before allowing me to leave.

Once I arrived at the exit gate, an outstanding £140 came up on the screen so I had to ask at the intercom about my parking being prepaid. Once this was cleared up I was able to leave. However the experience would have been a lot smoother had the barrier lifted automatically upon reading my registration as was stated in my original email once I had booked my parking.

Multi-storey worked very well-5 stars but we only parked there last minute as we were in danger of missing our flight. Fastpark, where we were booked, was chaotic with no spaces left in drop off lanes. We waited 30 mins in queue then rebooked multi-storey and just made flight. Have received no email, apology or refund

Absolutely terrible. Keys back for L8 only goes up to f, couldn't find any one in office or car park to tell me where my car is. Then 15 minutes later I found an attendant, which he was very helpful. Expected better service.

Easy enough to find car park, however we were very nervous after driving round the car park down every row looking and failing to find a space. We finally located on on the last row which was then a treck to the bus stop as there's only 2 in this car park.

Convenient but expensive

The staff were very nice and friendly. But when we arrived at the check in there was an IT issue which meant we couldn’t access the system. This affected all customers trying to check in. I felt really sorry for the one guy on duty who told us just to keep trying. We got in eventually, but it added a delay to our check in.

The actual parking experience was just about satisfactory. However the it was spoilt by having to wander around the car parks due to the lack of signage inside the terminal directing passengers to the 'Fastpark' key pickup point.

Have used terminal multi storey on numerous with no problems on this occasion got home early morning disappointed to see in the morning when I got up that my car was covered in a thick layer of of dust and when I washed my Mercedes I noticed that the new Mercedes inserts on my wheels had been removed and old ones had inserted Really disappointing considering the cost for parking there.

The parking is a bit more annoying since there is the one way system in place. My experience is that it takes now longer to find parking. Also to pay now for the luggage trollies isn’t a great development. But the prices are ok I suppose.

Having pre booked I was beginning to think there were not any spaces. Eventually found a space in what can only be described as an overflow area towards the exit . Shouldn’t need to stress about finding a space having booked in advance.

Easy to book, however not to easy to find a space on arrival to long term car park. Some vehicles were parked in areas not designated for parking and we there were quite a few cars circling around car park looking for spaces. Because of this I would not book the long term car park again as it was not a good experience. I have booked other car parks on site before with no issues. Walk from car park to terminal is fine but just bear in mind that there is no cover if it is a rainy day so you may need jacket/umbrella.

Everything was great going out but when we arrived back at 2.30am with our grandson and our son and girlfriend it was pouring g and all we wanted was to get the car . We picked the keys up and was told we were parked in B37 but when we got there it was not our car . We had to walk up and down to try and find our car . My grandson who is 1 year old was soaking wet in his buggy and needed to get home . We eventually found the car in D37 and not B37 which was on our ticket . Was disappointed and not sure if we would do it again

On returning to Edinburgh Airport parking after a very long flight, I was unable to leave the car park as the barrier didn't respond to cars approaching it. There were two cars in front of me and, after a considerable wait in the early hours of 29/05/25, with no sign of the issue being resolved,I had to leave the car park by negotiating the barrier. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The parking was really good. Quite easy and quick. But my flight was delayed and I had to pay an extra £25 because of this. Which was a bit of a pain and then as you leave the area where you collect your car you have to take a ticket at the barrier and insert into another barrier to exit the area completely and I had to pay another £7 at that barrier. Which I don’t understand.
