“Was disappointed when on leaving when despite having booked in advance the ticket machine showed £205 outstanding. After a stressful 5 minutes the assistant finally found our booking and let us through.”
“It's a car park so not a lot to say really. However, exiting the car park was problematic. A number of cars were having issues at the barriers. My ticket was rejected at one barrier. When I moved to another barrier it said I owed £180! The guy on the intercom sorted it, but not really a smooth process.”
“Price and distance from terminal were ok. However signposting within the car park and coming out of the terminal on foot to return are poor. Also having pre booked and paid online, it was concerning when the barrier machine asked for £240 to be paid. Fortunately this was quickly sorted by the operator over the intercom, but is not what you want to have to deal with late at night at the end of a long day travelling”
“The multi storey car park is fine but signage and lighting could be better as I inadvertently took a wrong turn and ended up going the drop off area, therefore was charged for the privilege of taking an unplanned loop of the airport road network”
“Parking can be a bit frustrating - before holiday trying to find spaces in a massive car park requires patience so give yourself time. Afterwards the pay stations at 3 & 4 were not working so again a nuisance as you have to contact the intercom at the barrier after they have asked you for £240.00 even though it had been prepaid - so no frills parking basically.”
“i have used this service many times however on my return to collect my car i found my car like this and i am at a loss as to why my car was like this”

“Drop off at fastpark was very easy and quick. Unfortunately on return at 11pm at night no one’s car was ready to collect. No idea what the problem was and it meant a 20 min delay”
“Exit machine tries to charge £7 when already paid. To get out of the FastPark car park - an attendant gave out tickets so that we could get out the main parking area. When we got to the barriers, there were cars at the barrier having problems. Eventually, they cleared so we went ahead, put ticket in and then machine requested £7. We had to press the help button to get assistance. So we complained about having to pay extra when I was already within my booking period and the FastPark T&Cs allow you a 6 hour ‘delay’ period. Hence, marking down on some of the survey questions. I would still use FastPark but get your game sorted.”
“Ease of parking close to the terminal is a plus but on returning to my car it’s was parked too close to the cars either side , i struggled to get in without touching the next car . For clarity i am 5ft 8inches and 12 stone so not large .”
“Arrived at gate and car registration was picked up & barrier lifted no problem we received our ticket for parking in multi story . At multi story ticket could not be read we had to get assistance we eventually got through on our return same thing again had to get assistance . The help from the gentlemen we spoke to was suffient but shouldn’t have this hassle when your pre booking your car in”
“Everything was great on arrival was great but on return my car was located a very considerable distance from the main building and at 1am I was very frustrated at having to search for a while before I located it as I am 72 years old and could have done without the hassle at that time in the morning”
“Booked and paid online however on exit I was charged £140 outstanding … I pressed help buzzer and the attendant let me exit anyway no hassle. Don’t know why this happened but all worked out ok anyway”
“First time parking in long stay parking, don’t think I’d choose to do this again if there was other options, a bit of a nightmare getting out, after pre paying it was trying to charge me a further £90 when leaving. Pressed the button, took a while for someone to answer but they then sorted it, which was fine, apparently cameras didn’t catch my car arriving. Not as smooth as when I parked in fast park.”
“Parking was easy to find and as described only 3/4 mins walk to the terminal. However upon leaving the automated machine tried to charge us £130 for 3 days parking when I had already pre paid and booked the car in. Surely the automated camera regocnition should scan number plate and accept we had already paid.”
“Used fast park on many occasions and have had a good experience, unfortunately the last 2 times when we have arrived and the keys were not available for collection.The most recent occasion we proceeded to the reception as directed on the screen to be told a driver would bring our car down - waited 10 mins in the cold with kids for the car to be brought down.Not the experience I expected when I booked here to get a quick transaction from leaving airport to collecting car.”
“Parking absolutely fine and great spaces! Online system was a bit of a shambles, changed our registration 6 weeks ago and didn’t pick it up and had to wait to get our cause it thought we were due over £200 for 3 days!”
