drop off and collection went well. the only problem was I couldn't exit the car park without a ticket and had to call to be allowed out.

Parking spaces adequate, walking to and from terminal approaches to road crossings are difficult to haul luggage, appreciate it a safety feature don’t think it does the luggage much good either, Good location close to terminal, will use again

On arrival, with a pre-booked reservation, there were very few parking spaces. On most floors the only gaps were in "disabled" or otherwise reserved spaces. Eventually found a space on top-deck where there wasn't a badly parked fat SUV overhanging the space. Then, no luggage trolleys at top deck, so had to carry things until I found a trolley. I've not seen signs on return from arrivals to carpark, and following the "exit" signs means a long outside walk (and bumpy trolley push) to the carpark lift. Having been before, I know to stay inside and head for the "check-in" desks again, and out the front door...

We booked into long stay and spent quite some time trying to find a parking place because of all the renovations that are goung on. Thankfully we were lucky and found a spot. high prices being charged for not a great service at the moment.

Exit barriers need attention. Middle one was coned off leaving two. Left most one would not take my ticket no matter what, had to reverse back and use right hand one which worked fine. Also, loads of spaces are dirty in the middle of the car park due to rain forming really dirty areas to walk in. Quite annoying to have to stand in a muddle puddle to get my bag out of the boot (not the top level.)

Rebooked but there was quite a search for a free space. When I left the car park of course there was no record of my prebooking and the barrier tried to charge an extra £100. All fixed in a few minutes but not ideal at midnight. Very tight manoeuvre to get in and out due to cones

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Checking in was excellent. However, when checking out, the barrier would not lift and the screen indicated we owed £5.00. After conversing with an unpleasant person via the intercom, we were eventually let out.

Parking was easy but lack of space meant that I had to park on the roof which ment that the car was coverd in dirt when I got back.

Convenient and speedy. However, on return I didn't realise that car location came up on the screen and missed it. I had to find a staff member to help. He showed me location is on key tab. However my car was not in that location and we had to search for it.

Pre booked the multi storey car park for 3 days and entered and exited well within the times booked. However, on leaving the barrier showed I owed £210. Was sorted out when I managed to get through on the intercom but was initially very alarming! Not a great system.

Despite booking in advance and arriving early in the morning, we spent about 10mins searching for a space to park. We only found one but it was tight and so we noticed that our car door had been dented when we returned to the car a week later. Overall, convenient but need bigger spaces and more of them.

Going was perfect coming back was a different thing altogether was not the best experience having to wait about 40 minutes to get your car back when all u want to do is pick it up an go home

I have reached out to our FastPark team who has advised there was a small queue on your date of return which meant customer had to wait a short while on their car. Used FastPark many times with no issues however on return into Edinburgh. Keys were not available in collection and had to wait near 15 minutes after numerous customers arriving with same issue. Trying to leave the airport parking it said that I had extra to pay which was removed from security.

The walking distance to the terminal is fine but the signage showing you the route is virtually non existent until you reach the exit! I got lucky at 6 am in the dark and followed a member of cabin crew. Easily rectified but has been like this as long as I have been using it 🤷‍♀️

As often happens: booked well in advance only for the barrier to remain down on exit, telling me I owed £170. Called the control room, gave my reg. no., eventually barrier opened without a word of explanation. Was happening in 2020 - is still happening now - why?

Unnecessary worry was generated when presenting my ticket on exit. instead of the barrier being lifted I was asked to pay £130. This was sorted by the call handler, but I thought an apology might have been in order

Great price for 3-days, easy to find, plenty of spaces and easy access to and from terminal. Exiting not so straight forward as it wasn’t ‘registration recognition’ as indicated and needed the use of the intercom to give registration, that took a an age to be answered and was hard to hear. A swifter way of exiting would be preferred.
