“Easy to find and use the Long Stay. Takes a rediculously long time to exit the car park, multiple lanes all funnel to 1, then there's a tram crossing with lights. Wasnt even that busy on a monday afternoon.”
“Easy to use, only issue is the ANPR always misreads my number plate and I have to call for assistance on the way out to be released. Other than that easy walk to the terminal and provided you remember where you park (car park is large) easy to get to”
“The multi storey car park was relatively easy to find and access. Took a bit of an effort to find a parking spot but did eventually find one. Although a good facility in easy reach of the terminal, it was very expensive for a short stay over 4 days .”
“Well, it was easy enough arriving at 3.30 on a Monday morning, but leaving at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon?
To say the least it took ages! - possibly the best part of half-an-hour to get out onto the A8. This is just not acceptable when you have paid a lot of money to park, and when you are tired and irritable after your return journey.”

In 3 occasions the FAST TRAK door on the 2nd floor was locked!
What’s the point of paying for the multi storey and hence FT without having access to this.

Car park too large for only two in number drop off / pick up points
Will not use again as these had not been indicated at time of booking . Totally unsuitable for any pensioners /disabled users Unsafe lighting and difficulty in manouvering .”
“Everything was fine until I attempted to leave the car park. The machine stated I owed £180! Fortunately, the man answering the intercom confirmed my booking and let me out.”
“Easy to book online. Price was ok. Went away for 10 days and upon return my boot as scratched. Minor but annoying. When I tried to exit the car park at 4pm on a Friday it was chaos. Large queues to get out of the barriers. Thank you to the sensible member of staff to just opened the barriers. But it was still busy exiting because of the traffic on the roads. I might try and use public transport next time.”
“1. On entering car park, the accuracy of the free bays sign on each level of multi storey doesn’t work.
2. Once gain on leaving the car park I was asked to pay the full amount despite having a booking with reference number albeit i had changed the reg no of the vehicle after making the booking. The system can’t cope with that change after booking, ever.”
“Our registration number wasn’t on the ticket when we arrived so we anticipated chaos when we left. Waiting at the barrier whilst a queue is behind you and being asked for £300 outstanding payment was not a great experience. The attendant dealt with it fine when we supplied booking info.”

“Parking was fine but on return and wait over 15 minutes for the bus then at first stop the driver stopped for a furthe 5 minutes when there was no one to be picked up which didnt really make sense especially as there was a bus behind.”
“I arrived back at my car with 3 traffic cones in front of the car with a note to replace the cones when i left the space as there was some essential maintenance planned. This in turn caused the NPR system to say that my reg plate was rejected. I had to contact the helpdesk in order to get out. This is the third time in a row that I have had issues getting out of the multi storey parking. It is a very frustrating experience and one that makes me question why I am using a service that I have no faith in.”
“Parking and shuttle bus were great but trying to exit the Airport site after the exit barrier was horrendous. Large queue of traffic in front of us to get onto Motorway wasted the experience”

“Our car was left too far away when we returned for my disabled mother. I emailed to complain about this on my return. We have never had this experience before so we are rather disappointed on this occasion.”

I arrived at Edinburgh and was helped by one of your staff gave him my details and told him when I was returning gave me the ticket and had the wrong date on it changed his ticket to the right date but not mine so had to pay an additional charge.will not use this company again.”
