Only 1 bus was running to the Plane Parking and therefore wasting time to get from airport back to car. It was a lot longer than the ‘every 12mins’ advertised. O5/05/25 @ 15:00

Computer would not scan our bar code, continued to spin " details loading " There was no staff member available. The door said ring the bell for assistance, there was no bell and no response to knocking the door. I had go outside and find a parking attendant for assistance. Someone eventually arrived. The computer had to be rebooted several times. Very poor service

I bought online 2 hours parking to pick up my daughter for £11. When I tried to leave the car park half an hour early I was unable to unless I paid an additional £18. I am trying to resolve

Well. I paid the booking in advance. But at the time to leave after my trip, the barrier was closed and asking me for 205£. I had to contact the personal and they just opened the barrier without asking about the booking reference or anything. But my face when I saw 205£.....

No issues until when leaving it tried to charge me £140 even though i paid when I booked the parking. Luckily someone was able help through the intercom.

Parking in MID-TERM car park, 21.04.25 - 28.04.25 Parking costs are expensiove but this option is a cheaper option than the Multi Story where I normally park. Parking spaces were adequate. It is a 10 min walk between parking and the terminal and that is okay it is summer weather. My annoyance was at the exit. The barrier would not open for me. I had several cars behind me who were less than pleased by the delay I was causing . I was embarrased and I didnt like it. It took a few miunted to dig out my confirmation email. Given I had booked and paid on-line and all seemed good with the return confirmation email showing my reference and price my exit should have been slick ! The person on the intercom took a minute or more to acknowledge and lifted the barrier without an appologoy or a thank you. I was not pleased.

Convenient enough parking and pre booking price is fine. However if your flight is delayed you get fined £55 which seems a bit of a joke

Arrival was fine based on a pre-paid reservation for 24th April. When arriving back in Edinburgh on 28th the exit machine didnt open & the screen indicated i needed to pay £320.00 to exit. (Id already pre-paid £149.00) i finally got a voice over the intercom. Even though i was polite & courteous in talking to him, I got the feeling he was quite honestly surly, with my call clearly being an inconvenience. He lifted the barrier when i made clear i would not be paying any more. Parking at Edinburgh airport is extornately very expensive & that feeling of being ripped off is not helped when dealing with someone who isnt at all cutomer focused.

Very convenient however very pricey. Also, the ANPR camera did not pick up my registration number plate properly resulting in attending their office and getting a new ticket......this was a hassle that wasn't needed when in a rush in a busy airport.

The 24hr window for refund is too short as flights usually get delayed at the last moment… I booked from 8-9.30am as the flight i was expecting was to land at 7am but it ended up landing at 9.30am so i wasn’t able to be there early. Arrived at 9.30, left within 1,5hrs but still got penalised with an extra payment of 24£.

Sorry, disappointed this time! Paid for Mid Stay which is ideally placed to find barrier closed and machine out of action. Went to long stay to be informed I should only use mid stay!! I informed operator mid stay out of action so eventually got into long stay! Yes challenge getting out but!! Seems problems with barrier ongoing!

Overall parking was good. However the signage going onto the airport for the terminal airport was unclear as it was predominantly focused for fast parking. This led to me having to go through the collection and drop off and cost myself to get out.

When we got to the gate to leave, it tried to charge me £220 despite having booked it. Thankfully I had a copy of my booking and the attendant in the office found it and let us leave. Didn’t need that at the end of a long day and thankfully I had printed my booking off

I paid 55 pounds for a late check-out (9 hours late due to flight delay). I suggest to use other companies offering more flexibility.

The booking was easy. The car park was so full that I needed to park illegally. Payment options were not clear and none of the booths were working.

Extremely high charges, if your over your time or make a typo error in date of return. Due to it being after midnight into next day, i was charged arm and a leg for being 1.5 hours over into next day. I'm still waiting on a reply to a email I sent them regarding this issue hoping to resolve matter, very slow at responding if at all.

we booked. multi storey and followed your instructions on your confirmation booking, and we were led to the wrong place, could not get out - so parked outside. when we went to leave got a fee of £230.00 and needed to ring the intercom to get out - need to improve signage massively - also have your what-3-words - or post code on your booking so your car can get there properly.

The drop off and pick up systems were efficient. The parking bays for pick up are far too tight. It is impossible to load luggage into the car boot without moving the car out of the bay. Was charged £7 to leave the car park!! Doubt if I will use again.

I booked, and paid for, a 5 day stay in the Med-Stay carpark. The barrier was supposed to raise automatically when I drove up, but it didn't, so I pressed the communication button. The man who answered had no record of my booking (I gave him the booking ref number) but he let me in and said that he would make a note for when it was time for me to go. When I came to the exit a few days later, the machine told me I owwed £220. I pressed the communication button: still no record of my booking or my conversation and there were several cars queued up behind me. It was incredibly stressful (why is there only 1 exit?). The man was very kind and calm and raised the barrier to set me free (it wasn't his fault at all. He was very helpful). I will not use this car park again. It was very stressful.
