“Cheap, well sign posted, used long stay, couldn't find a space, took 40 mins trying, noticed others had parked outside of bays on double yellow lines, we did the same as we had to check in for our flight. On return plenty of space. Thankfully no ticket on car. Was a concern. Stressful.”
“When we went to leave car park,inserted ticket and said we owed £120,we were not over our time but it was sorted and barrier lifted after consultation with staff”
“This is not a valet parking service. Its still a trek with heavy luggage to your car as you can't even go and get your car and bring it around to then pick up your luggage, and/or travel group. The car park is also pretty poorly signposted and the staff at the site, weren't nice about it. A member of our group had a serious lower leg sprain, and I had to insist on driving to pick them up near the lockers. Not impressed which is a shame. Go park in the medium stay, it's faster and more organised.”
“On arrival back, the ticket on my key, had the wrong row and number printed.
I had to find an employee, who showed me where my car was actually parked.
Very poor indeed.”
“Thirs time in a row that I have pre-booked and pre-paid but the system did not recognise my car, wanting to charge me a huge fee and I had to explain everything via the intercom on the way way out - keeping me waiting.”

“I booked for the long stay car park. We arrived at about 0840 on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately it took over 10 minutes to find a space. Other drivers were having the same problem as us.
Travelling is stressful enough without the additional pressure of searching for a parking space you have booked. The car park was virtually full to the extent cars were illegally parked. Bookings should not be taken to the extent cars are almost outnumbering the capacity of the car park.
Because of my experience I will probably not book the long stay car park again preferring to use a park and ride facility.”
“As much as I like the convenience of the fast park service,I was disappointed to find my heated seats had been switched on full, and the dual zone climate control settings had been drastically adjusted in my car suggesting either a passenger had been in the vehicle or the driver did not understand the controls. Also I was surprised at the mileage that had been covered to move my car, I assume the car must have been moved to an of site car park then back to the terminal in time for my return.”
“The parking itself is fine. But the sheer volume of people not parked in spaces makes it difficult to navigate the surface. These people need to be heavily ticketed to stop this behaviour. Yet in the many times I’ve used the car park I’ve never seen it happen to anyone.”
“Used Fast Track in September 2024 and would give a 5 star rating, couldn't fault them, so booked again for February 2025 and was really disappointed that car was not available on arrival. Waiting area was full of passengers from previous flights, some who said they'd been waiting for approx 3 hours! Based on this experience I am unsure if I will use again in future.”

“The multi-storey car park isn’t particularly well sign posted. So as a result we initially ended up in the wrong one. This was sorted out quickly though.
On departing the multi storey on our way home, we had booked and prepaid. When we arrived at the barrier and inserted the ticket we couldn’t get out as the machine said we owed £495! We had 2 cars booked and prepaid and it happened for both of them. Not great really.”
“The system is good but there were a lot of people confused when they were collecting their cars but the staff were on it right away, the staff were very helpful. When I arrived it was still dark I mist my turn, I went in to the wrong carpark and I was charged £7.00 to get back out about a minute or two later. That was a bit infuriating but it was my fault. £7.00 was still a bit steep for an honest mistake, for no more than 2 minutes.”

“Came back from tenerife expecting to pick keys up on way out. But me and about 12-13 other customers had to wait for our keys whilst the staff went to find the vehicles as cars weren't ready. So waited an additional 35 -40 minutes before vehicle was delivered to entrance for collection”

“On way out everything went very smoothly, unfortunately on coming home our keys were not ready for us and we had a 30 minute wait for our car. Not ideal with two tired kids straight off of an 8hr flight.”

“Used the Fastpark system for the first time. Check in process was smooth and simple enough. The real trouble, however, was on the return. We arrived to get our keys to be notified by the system that our keys were not ready for collection (our flight arrived at the scheduled time - not early) and were informed by staff that the vehicle was on its way. It was almost two hours later when our keys arrived. We would have been quicker using off airport parking rather than paying a premium for not so fast parking.”

“Despite paying online in advance, I got asked to pay £250.00 upon exit.
This was then resolved after talking to the attendant on the intercom but compared to Secure Airpark, this is not smooth service.”
