On arrival back in Edinburgh from Lanzarote with Jet2 early sunday morning there was a very large que of people that the fast park system was not available, keys were not available at boxes for collection. Theres was limited drivers availble to bring cars to collection point. There was very little supervision or orgaization resulting in delays. Despite having paid in advance(with time to spare) i was charged an additional £7 to exit the main parking area using my contactless bank card. This was totally unacceptable but could not return to complain In short needs to improve double quick. John Taylor

Fast Park itself is fine. However, where they store the cars when you're away must have lots of birds - car came back covered!!

I had pre-paid for my ticket online (approximately £34), but when I inserted my ticket into the machine to leave, it displayed an amount of £145 to pay. Although I raised this issue with the customer service representative at the time and was allowed to leave without paying the requested amount, the machine would have charged my card the full amount, despite my pre-payment. This is not a complaint, but rather an attempt to make you aware of the situation, which could have been avoided had the system or ticket machine been functioning properly.

Plane parking bus pick up not well signposted and hard to find. On departure we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton. I had to park then walk to the hotel as no bus drop off. On return the plane parking pick up was poorly signposted and hard to find.

I pre booked parking in the Terminal Car Park. Once again the system failed to recognise my car on arrival. Once again it failed to recognise my booking on departure. Other airports manage this without the stressful pantomime. Why can’t Edinburgh.

Whoever relocated my car did more than just repark it. They changed half the settings in my car. Normally they just move my seat forward or back but this person adjusted the height, the seat back, both side mirrors and the rear view, changed settings on my dash and played with settings in my onboard computer. I can’t prove it but I’m fairly sure they took it for a ride while I was away. I am very disappointed as I have used FastPark before and had a good experience.

Booked online in advance. Went in parked no problem- great location etc Tried to leave and had to pay again! Apparently it didn’t recognise out number plate even though it was exactly as was in the booking! So we ended up having to pay twice ! £40 to pay for 2 hours parking to drop our daughter off with her football team.

Mid stay car park was easy to find, although not a lot of parking spaces. My main gripe was that I decided to come home from holiday a day later & was charged £60 extra in parking charges. This is absolutely ridiculous pricing & will not be using again.

Sorry, I did not have a good experience on my return,( paid upfront for a week) as pay stations 2,3 and 4 were out of action and I got very wet running to find one that works. Managed to sort it out at the exit gate.

Although I had paid in advance, I was presented with a bill for 150 pounds at the barrier. On seeking assistance this was cancelled out but no apology or explanation

Fastpark is convenient and easy to use. Disappointed that whoever drove the car changed various settings (radio, navigation, AC/heaitng, clock!) which would not have been necessary for the short drive to the parking lot. Car also now has a small chip in the paintwork on the bonnet which wasn't there before. Seem like insufficient care was taken ofthe car.

The car park surface is too rough for wheeled suitcases and there are no walkways. The shuttle bus is not equiped to take any suitcases(!) which therefore need to be left in the small disabled seating area and then roll around as the coach travels.

Booked fastpark and on return to car I collected keys and directed to parking space B36. Section B is not clearly signposted from the key collection point, you only see signs for section A and C. My car was also parked in space 46. I may have misread the screen but if not this is not great service coupled with the lack of signage facing the key collection point for section B. With a pram containing a 10 week old child and luggage, having to walk around the car park was unnecessary and placed additional risk on myself and family with vehicle movements all the time. Also of note on the day of collection of my car there was a burst water pipe with staff directing people towards the tram stop to access the drop off zone, then when attempting to access the fastpark from here, the staff were directing me out of the drop off zone towards the terminal building. I had to explain more than once to staff where I was heading and eventually was directed past the water. The staffing of this was extremely poor with no real guidance or control over where to direct people causing unnecessary detours on foot. Not a great day for Edinburgh Airport of parking.

Found the signage very difficult to read. I think it's a terrible idea to have the font and background colours so close to each other, for example, the white font on pale blue for the Mid Stay option. The use of italic for the word 'Mid' is also not recommended on 'normal' road signs.

Starting card slot damaged in starting the car someone has been hash bash with the slot that the card key enters now the card key will not fully immerse into its starting slot your supervisor Scott who I spoke to said he was raising a file on the damage on which he took photos of I will be in touch with details of costs to get it fixed in due course but on other aspects of your parking I found to be a good set up and organised but just a shame whoever has driven my car has been very hash bash in starting my vehicle I would add that if any of your drivers who start these cars are not sure on card start cars they should ask and not just force things that have now caused damage to my car unfortunately but I’ve given two stars and not one as the price the idea and the organisation is to be commended just a shame that someone has spoiled which would have been a five star review

The actual parking area is great plenty of space available between vehicles so people can open car doors with zero risk of touching other vehicles ......the bus service cannot be faulted however entry and exit is a joke ........Entry blocked by faulty ticket machine had to move to the other machine .....exit accepted my ticket and asked me for £170 obviously didnt recogise my booking and had to use the intercom, someone was there but barely spoke just opened the barrier ........will think twice about using this car park again

On return tried to access the multistory car park, but it was fenced off. There was no sign to indicate how we could access the car park. Disgraceful considering how much we paid to park there. After discussing with others we decided only a long walk was way in. Refund?

parking was ok but you have security issues , my cubby box was opened and items removed , one item eventually found down the side of my seat - not impressed !
