Long wait to get to and from Plane Parking on the bus because of congestion means I probably won't use it again

Was marginally cheaper than some other options. Parking was simple and straightforward. However on return my car was absolutely filthy. Like it has been parked in a field which it probably was. There was also a scratch next to the drivers door handle. It’s a new car so I know it wasn’t there before I parked, but now waiting to hear back. They need to check cameras and agree that the scratch was not there when parked. H the en I have no idea how they will sort it…. Even if they do, it’s not worth the hassle of letting someone else drive your car and park it god knows where.

Not adequate signs directing you to the car park is a great drawback.

I don't think fast park is actually any faster, certainly not for collecting your vehicle and on my return my car was also extremely dusty, so they can't be parked in a very good location when you're away on holiday.

It is very convenient next to airport and multi story building all covered for Scottish weather . However it has gotten more expensive to use this service.

Good price. But on arrival back home from a already stressful journey we went on the bus that was waiting on us , we stopped at bus stop 1 then the bus filled up. But no one seemed to want to sit on the available seats and stood where our cases were loaded this meant at bus stop 2 were we wanted to get off and others also, we were struggling to get our cases off as these passengers would not use the seats available , a simple reminder from the driver for these passengers to use the seats would have saved a lot of hassle and stress !

Nearly impossible to find a parking space even at off pek times. It appears that more tickets are sold than spaces available. People are forced to park in double yellow lines.

The arrival and departure to the parking were completely issue free. Unfortunately inside my car I found a relatively fresh half eaten apple, empty tin of Irn Bru and one of my charging wires bent. Glad someone had a nice rest in my car. Still to check the dashcam which should've recorded any audio too.

Smooth entry and exit, easy to find a place to park. However needing to then go outside and return to get a trolly by the car is inconvenient - especially with 2 young kids. Having to pay £2 for the pleasure after paying £90 to park is galling.

Pre booked, yet when leaving I got a £100 bill. Had to speak too 2 attendants on the intercom to get it sorted. Took 20 min and caused a que as there is only 1 barrier. A lot of unhappy people including me and the last thing you want after a late flight. Still don't know what the issue was as my booking and car reg was correct Also the exit is very tight

Payment machine was not accepting credit or debit cards for the electric charging. When speaking with the operater on the number provided he advised to set up an account and try making payment that way. Given it was 4.30am and in a rush to make a flight, this was stress & delay I did not have time for. Ended up just parking in the main carpark and not charging my car. Not a big deal really but slightly annoying.

Chose to park in vip parking, good service ect. Was extremely annoyed when I returned from holiday collected my car keys and then charged £7 to exit the airport what an absolute disgrace.

2nd time using the Fast Park...first was good...this time not so good..!! booked it all in..paid my money...on morning off entry all went well ...everone very helpful at 3.30am..good..On return...went to get my key was told on screen I had to pay another £25.00..(felt a bit like being held to ransom...no pay..no car..!!)..ok so maybe I take the blame for a booking error..?...dont know..!!.money paid got my car...had difficulty in exiting the car park,,,barrier would not raise..?..eventually it lifted...wonderful I thought..lets get home..I have had enough ...but no another barrier waited...put my ticket in and was asked for another £7.50...geeez you could not write it...it was all very dark in the area..sat there trying to work out what to do next..tried calling once I had found the button tucked away in the corner..of the machine..but a parking official in a car pulled up and politley asked what I was trying to do..!!!..just get home..I said...fortunately he got in contact with the guy on the phone...and the barrier lifted...why 2 barriers...why all badly lit..!!why a £25.00 demand....at 74...I decided air travel and its related problems...are no longer for me..!!

I have booked for a short stay at the multi-storey car park at Edinburgh airport. Booked from 3 am to 11 pm. It was £29. My return flight from London was cancelled. I arrived at 8 am next morning to Edinburgh airport. They charged me an extra £30!!!! They know it’s not my fault and they have my flight details. I was exhausted and just paid the extra. Over all the car park is brilliant but if you’re late you had it.

On exiting the airport after my trip, despite booking and paying for my parking in advance, and despite being within the terms of my booking, the machine asked me for £320.

Normally I can’t fault Edinburgh airport but yesterday on arrival from Antalya with Sunshine Express on scheduled time it was that we had to wait for a stair case for us to disembark. If that wasn’t bad enough we had to wait in the baggage collection area for an hour before we could reclaim our baggage. Very Poor show, especially for Edinburgh where normally everything is spot on

The online booking was great, as was the departure. However on the arrival, when leaving the car park at 2am after a delayed flight, I was charged 2 times my original price. There was no understanding and a disproportionate penalty fee.
