“The barriers weren't working but some nice gentlemen directed us. It was relatively easy to find a parking spot and after coming back it was great to just get in the car and go. No waiting on taxis or public transport. Will be using a lot more in the future.”
“Drove into airport. Couldn't see any clear signage. Ended up back at the main round about thought we'd taken a wrong turn so went straight across and ended up in the drop off area. So we had to pay another £6 to just drive straight throu. We eventually went the way we had before and as I was concerned we maybe late for our flight if we wasted much more time. I drove into the outside parking to leave the car there. I took a ticket and whilst we drove round to find a spot to park I saw a barrier that went into the multi store. My passengers that cant be it you'll end up paying 3 times. Anyway tried it pulled up at the barrier. I tried the ticket I had just got and to my suprise it worked. Very, very poor. At no point was this explained and my nephew who is a regular flier with work had the same problem.”
“Having used the Long Stay Carpark for a number of years, it's been good to see investment in the carpark. There is now a decent walkway to the airport, clear signage and well lit.”
“Very easy to book, find and use. One slight snag was the automatic registration reading system wouldn’t let me out of the car park but very quickly resolved by pressing the buzzer and speaking to a member of staff.”
“Reasonable pricing when compared to other airports. The bus to and from the terminal is quick and regular. It is too far to reasonably walk (and not even sure there is a safe pedestrian route the full way anyway) but the bus is so regular and quick it would not save any time whatsoever. Entry and exit was quick - the automatic plate readers recognised my registration without fuss.”
