“I had prepaid for my parking and arrived at the terminal parking and drove to the barrier. It was a bit chaotic as people were parked at the entrance doing drop offs but managed to eventually get in and the camera didn’t appear to work for the ANPR but we got a ticket, parked up and went on our short holiday. Came back to the car and made our way to the gate where we were asked to pay £270!!! After eventually getting through on the intercom for help the man sorted it and let us out but it was a bit concerning to be asked to pay that amount of money post trip.”
“First time using this and very, very smooth. Friendly and efficient staff kept us right and endured a smooth drop off and pick up. Point of note is when exiting on pick up use the left two lanes at the barriers which could be better signed. Other than that whilst more expensive than other options I feel it is worth considering - until they increase the cost which , being EDI they will do ….”
“After a bit of a stressful journey home we discovered our car had a flat battery. The guys helping us were amazing, in no time they had jumped the car, all done with smiles on their faces and honestly couldn't have been more helpful. This car park may not be the cheapest option, but the convenience of it being a two minute walk to the terminal is fantastic, plus the images taken of the car when it arrives also gives some peace of mind if any damages were to occur. We have used this car park a few times now and every member of staff have been so nice and def a credit to the company. Happily recommend this car park.”
“Booking process and access to the multi storey car park were easy. You could do with improving the area where passengers using the connecting bridge from the car park to Fast Track security enter the security hall as the area was quite constrained and busy when we arrived.”
“The parking is really close and the bus service really good too. Problem is that the Plane Parking is often overbooked and cars do not park properly which makes spaces very hard to find. Cars who park over two spaces should be clamped or fined to stop this happening. Also it would help if a street sweeper vehicle could drive around the car park to remove gravel from the roads which damage suitcase wheels. Just small changes which would drastically improve your offer.”

“Smooth as silk… chose the multi storey car park option. Clear directions to site, easy access and no trouble finding space. Didn’t realise my package included fast track security (which I’d never buy) but was invaluable on my trip which coincided with the departure of the Tartan Army to the World Cup. Rapid transit through security.
Similarly simple exit on return.
Despite instructions to need to insert ticket to access the multi storey and to exit… wasn’t needed. Must have upgraded ANPR.
