“Fantastic service drove straight in, parked my car,dropped off my keys without any issues, same on return, plenty staff to help and guy at key drop off couldn't of been more helpful, would definitely use again.”

“Sadly, and it took me some time to find the correct entrace to the Multi Storey car park...there could be better signposting.... When I returned after my five days, the system demanded a payment of £225.00 which was a surprise since I had already prepaid £100 for the 5 day service. Disappointing that you dont have functioning systems that can read tickets accurately, and If I was an overseas visitor and not familiar with English or the systems I might just have paid it to get out. As it was I pressed the buzzer and spoke to someone who sorted it, but I heard him say " its done that again" . You could do better.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Always the best option. Get in early to avoid high prices. Just back off a flight and the rest of my group used other parking providers. They ran for a bus and I jumped straight in my car. That was worth the £11 price difference alone!”

“We parked in long stay for a week. It’s an easy walk to the terminal and we were straight out on departure with no troubles. Would recommend and have booked to use again already.”

“Hi - I booked fastpark and was really impressed with overall service - however one of the questions asked when booking the car in was " do you have a blue badge" to which I responded yes. I was upset to find when collecting the car it was parked in the most furthest away spot that could be found - so after a trans Atlantic flight found myself walking a huge distance that was really uncomfortable and unnecessary. Don't ask the question if you are going to ignore it.”
