“Parking and retrieving the car were good as usual but found my car with plastic over passenger window and no communication from Fast Park!
Thought my window had been broken but after help from parking team leader it was found that window had been lowered and then window lock button had been pressed stopping window from being raised.
Don’t know how long the window had been left like that as it had not been reported to the manager.
Was informed I would get an email to let me know what had oobit have heard nothing.”
