The registration system didn't pick up my Irish car number plate either on entry or exit and so I had to call the intercom both times”
“Convenient parking for central Edinburgh with direct links to the tram and not expensive. However, your road signs for the multi-story could be a lot clearer! The signs are poorly designed and in a font that is not easy to see when navigating the roundabouts with so many signs to decipher.”

The negative is the very rough road surface on the crossing and pathways on the walkway into the airport. Not easy or comfortable to pull suitcases on. 🙁”
“I Paid to park in the multi story, obtained confirmation by email. Unfortunateley when I arrived at 4.30am the barriers did not open. I waited 5 minutes in the pouring rain for the intercom to be answered. It then took the respondent another 5 minutes to locate my registration number by which time the inside of the car was soaked. I had a similar experience when trying to leave the car park buth thankfully this time it wasnt raining”
“Easy to book. Postcode in my satnav took us the wrong way. (Maybe my bad). However when going through the barrier it just lets you through no ticket, or confirmation of number plate recognition or ‘welcome to Edinburgh airport enjoy your trip’ bit confusing to wether it has my prepaid had worked?”
