“Multi storey good location badly let down by poor servicing. Expensive, no trolleys to be found and poor direction signage from arrivals.
Airport service also generally poor. Baggage handling awkward at check in, surly, unhelpful operatives at special baggage drop and in baggage collection. Mean to charge for trolleys.”
“Very convenient, right at the entrance/exit of the airport, staff very helpful when I wasn’t sure what to do. Car was waiting for me ready to go and the windscreen was defrosted (frosty day). Very happy and I will definitely use it again!”
“Easy booking experience. Plenty spaces. 7 minutes walk into the airport terminal. Competitive price. Will use again when travelling with limited luggage. Too far if fully laden with luggage.”
“I've used this service twice now and unfortunately I am not very happy this time. When I collected my car from the car park I noticed my radio station changed in the car and things looked different on the dashboard. It looks like someone has tampered with the car features. Quite shocked to be honest! Im not going to use FastPark anymore...”
“This facility is ideal. The multi storey carpark is a very short distance to the terminal and security. I took advantage of the free hour of parking the night before our early flight to allow us to deposit our large suitcase. When we arrived in the morning for our flight the fast track passes were also a nice inclusion in the price. For a group of up to five people in the one vehicle this works out at a reasonable priced option for parking and will definitely use this parking facility again.”

“Pretty straightforward parked and used bridge for fastrack . Very convenient .
My only grump would be entrance sign not very well lit we arrived after dark came off circle and were past it before we realised and had no option but to carry on through pick up area and paid £6 for privilege. An expensive lesson.”
“Easy to park and drop off keys. Friendly attendant there to help if unsure how to operate the system. Short walk to airport so no need for shuttle bus. Easy to pick up keys and find where the car is parked.”
“Plenty of space on January 2nd, but exiting the car park, the machine demanded £140!! Despite registering and paying for parking! Thankfully, the human being on the "assistance button" acknowledged the mistake and let us out”
“Directions to the multi-storey car park were clear and the number plate recognition system worked smoothly. First time I have used this pre-booked parking system and I was very pleased to find how well it works.”
“No problems with our pre-paid short stay parking apart from when we left a previous car's ticket was left in the machine and when we pulled it out the barrier rose and so we exited without using our own ticket.
I just hope we are not still assumed to be in the car park!”
