“Parking was easy. However I received an email with a bar code telling me to use this on leaving which caused confusion. On the day of my departure I was able to speak to a member of your staff , who clarified things to a weary traveller

“Always a great experience, quick drop off and straight into the terminal. Would have been 5 stars had it been for the fact when my car was moved the terminal on return date it was left unlocked for over 2 hours. Thankfully I was able to remotely lock it.”

“Very shocked and dissapointed to have to pay a £25 surcharge at Fast Parking after our flight was delayed by 4 hours whilst sat on the plane due to bad weather in Lanzarote. Is this normal protocol?? I will not be using Fast Park again. Avoid.”
“We have used the airport parking on a number of occasions and have always been highly satisfied with the service. Any ticket problems at the barrier are sorted immediately when you call the attendant.
At peak arrival and departure times the automatic barriers ensure queueing is kept to a minimum.”
“The Plane Parking car park as such isn't bad. A bit difficult to find a spot, but that's all. The bigger issues were the big gaps between the busses for the morning flights. At 7.30am, the busses were running only every 20 minutes, so we were very tight to get the flight.”
