“The service was very expensive but we chose to use it given we were arriving back at the airport in the early hours of the morning.
It was very disappointing that when we tried to receive our car key, the machine had frozen and we had to find a member of staff to resolve that isssue which delayed us.
The staff did fix the issue pretty quickly but given how much we had paid to use the service this really should not have happened.”
“Zero issues. Good signage. Found a space to park within minutes. Easy access to and from terminal building. Car felt safe as nice and close to terminal under supervision.
Some works were being done which closed off certain areas of the car parkbut this did not impact my experience.”
“the vehicle registration recognition did not work on arrival or when leaving. Both time this was respolved by the assistant on call at the barrier. This is the second or third time this has happened when I have parked at the mid-stay car park.”

“So easy book online drop keys off walk across road and your in departure when home cross road scan code get keys only thing was must keep to LEFT 2 lanes when leaving”
“So easy to use this service. The Mid stay car park was a short walk from departures and the barrier system opened immediately on reading my registration. The same ease was experienced on the Saturday I returned. Seamless and efficient”
“My registration wasn't recognised when I entered, had to buzz to get let in. And same on exit when the barrier said I had a £90 charge when I prebooked at £45. Buzzed and it was resolved after giving my booking reference but should be automatic - don't want to mess around after a long flight.”
“Booked in for the 11th of June 2026 to fly to Belfast but couldn't travel due to the riots and safety concerns in Belfast. Tried to cancel the parking but was within 24 hours so couldn't cancel. Tried calling the airline but all lines were closed so noone to speak to to try and move the parking forward or see about a possible credit to use another time etc.
Used the contact email but noone has gotten back to me. Not the best service really.
I appreciate that this was out.of everyone's control but it just wasn't safe to travel so we didn't have an option.
I am hopeful that they get back to me and honor the price for another time when we try to do our trip.”
“Disabled passenger in car we were told to park in bay 1 furthest point from key drop off area. No trollies available in car park so a struggle with 3 cases and hand luggage. Car was parked in disabled bay on return which was a blessing but arrival experience would put me off using again.”
“I had prepaid for my parking and arrived at the terminal parking and drove to the barrier. It was a bit chaotic as people were parked at the entrance doing drop offs but managed to eventually get in and the camera didn’t appear to work for the ANPR but we got a ticket, parked up and went on our short holiday. Came back to the car and made our way to the gate where we were asked to pay £270!!! After eventually getting through on the intercom for help the man sorted it and let us out but it was a bit concerning to be asked to pay that amount of money post trip.”
