“Returned back to find my car had been on a 4 mile drive and has a scuff on the front passenger arch. Reported with reception on collection who gave some random reason for the 4 miles and took a picture of the scuff from which I asked how long would it take for them to get back to me and yet we’re still waiting.”

“Great service, best to book early for the best price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting out of the last barrier can be tricky due to the location of the ticket machine. For this reason only, the score has been reduced.”

“Almost every aspect is good with one exception, the vehicle license plate recognition system. It seldom recognises my license plates and this causes a delay for me and anyone behind me.”

“The reason for the one star - our recent flight was delayed coming from Edinburgh to Turkey , and we arrived back in Edinburgh on the Sunday instead of Saturday- we had no internet in Turkey to try to change the booking , and were hit with a £55 charge to get our car out , which is quite excessive- I can’t see anywhere on the website that tells you of this high charge-”

“Absolutely love parking at the airport. It’s so quick and convenient. Staff are always friendly & available if you’re needing any help. Will always park at the airport when I’m going on holiday.”

“Parking up was easy. Bays marked out well. Leaving parking lot on return was confusing as signage was poor Terrible "Exit" signage!! Needs improving.”
