“I made a mistake regarding our landing time, booked for 10 days but got home at 2hrs after predicted time and was charged £25 for late check out, for the 10 days I was around £170 so very expensive for a couple of hours!”
“First of all clear signage needs to be put in place to highlight the multiple storage barrier. As we ended up going to the left barrier doing a loop of this car park until told by maintenance man we were in wrong area. Cost us £10 for the privilege.
Number recognition needs to be implemented for pre paid parking as other airports such as Glasgow, Inverness etc. To limit paper tickets and environmental impact. Also for ease of entry and exit.”
