“The location is amazing but the instructions are not very clear on how to obtain your ticket/booking. When we arrived, we followed the website directions to just enter the complex and take a ticket. Upon leaving we were met with a £205 bill - we called through the intercom and the gentleman on the other side was very helpful and rectified the situation but directions on parking/entering you reference (or even that you will need to call through to the intercom) would have been helpful.”

“The Multi storey car park is great to book, park and collect your car when arriving back from holiday, no problems at all. Managed a discounted price which also helped. I have booked again for September holiday.”

“When leaving the ticket would not work to raise the exit barrier. However pressed the intercom help button and the advisor found my prepaid booking within 2 minutes, raised the barrier for me and I was away. Would definitely recommend as I was not sure if someone would be available to help as it was 3.00 am”

“Parked using the terminal car park here at Edinburgh Airport because it's a bit closer to the main terminal and I've used it before but I've also used the long stay and to be honest other than walking distance there isn't much difference. The spaces can be a bit on the tight side and it's just the luck of the draw as to weather the car parks are busy or if there are plenty spaces when you arrive. On arrival at the car park I didn't receive a ticket from the machine but the barrier eventual rose and i managed to park my car in a space just being vacated. I exited 4 days later on my return having anticipated a problem without a ticket, this was solved via a quick coms at the barrier by providing my reg and so on. I've read reveiws of others having the same experience but it was solved quickly so all in all I can't complain and my car was safe.”
