“Great value for money for a short trip. Not very well signposted when arriving at Edinburgh airport and can be difficult to find the right car park. We had prepaid for the parking however when entered ticket when leaving screen displayed that we had a large outstanding balance, easily solved when contacted assistance and they rectified would just tell others to be wary of that and not to automatically pay amount shown without checking.”
“2 weeks of parking for £170 is rather expensive still. No offer available - disappointing. We used the Plane parking. The regular bus shuttle is good and quick. The extension of the parking area is still very messy with large stones all over the place - being on the parking area but also on the road and on the pedestrian ways. This damaged our rolling suitcase as the stones are rather large to avoid.”

“I had a great experience! I literally left my drivers car window down the whole time I was away (2 nights) and everything was good! I also lost my ticket, and when I got to the gate to level they just found my booking and let me out. Good amount of parking spaces, and I managed to get parked on level 1.
Only 4/5 stars due to a few issues. It's not super well sign posted which is which, and the rate on the front of the car park for short term parking are confusing. Also, once you're in the car park, the way to go to get to fast track security or into the airport is not well sign posted - so I ended up walking out of a fire exit by accident. It's also not sign-posted well to point out where you need to go to actual get into the car park to get your car out. Also, no toilets nearby so you'd have to go back into the terminal to pee. Other than that, I did like it, found it safe and found it to be good. I would recommend. A lil pricey but my company paid so it's fine lol”
“Normally a good fast service as the name implies but had to wait in a long queue to get into the car park on this occasion. If it’s called fast parking this is really what it needs to be. Once inside and parked everything was fast and smoothly.”

“We really struggled to find the MidStay parking as the Hilton Hotel was not as prominant as suggested.
The number plate recognition did not work on entering the car park.
On our return all was fine but barriers had been put up leaving walkways for pedestrians clear but, only half access across the road? Better signage would definitely helped.”

“The airport parking staff were absolutely lovely and helped me out during a stressful time (two buses travelling to the airport let me down and passed in a hurry without stopping even though I booked!) so last minute i had to book parking urgently to make my flight on time. But Edinburgh Airport staff were kind and understanding and it made the whole situation less stressful. So thank you!”
“I booked the open air Terminal Parking because it is convenient for the Terminal Building. But the directions on the website are wrong, involving an unnecessary loop around the car park. Also there were very few spaces available (only ones left were across the entrance road) and the road signing is poor. It took me 20 minutes to get parked. The multistorey is much better!”
