Normally find the multi storey very convenient and based on past experience would rate it 5 star however the new exit from international arrivals to the car park is very badly signposted. The route is also very untidy and not befitting an international airport

Parking was fine, however your system failed to update our car registration number and tried to charge us £540. The employee said that the system fails to do this therefore I would hope your IT people will resolve this glitch.

The location of the car park is excellent , hence the 3 stars, however when we arrived back and put the ticket in the machine it tried to charge us £240 ! Having booked and paid prior to going this put us in a state of alarm , it qas resolved by pressing the button and talking to the man, but it shouldn't have happened .

The pre paid ticket system doesn’t work as the barriers do t recognise a paid ticket. Means the queue to get out is lengthy.

Easy to find and good distance from terminal . However when we put our ticket in to leave it was asking for an outstanding £240 !! After a long flight and a stormy night we had a bit of a panic , there is an assistance buzzer although not very well marked but eventually noticed it . Someone eventually answered and raised the barrier.

Tried to overcharge us when we were not returning late!

If payment is done online - recognition of number plate should open gates in and out of car park should be automatic. This does not happen. Had to call operator and explain. Also no human being to be seeing.

Staff are always helpful and alert when I press the buzzer, finding my booking within a few seconds. I'd rather not disturb them but my car registration has not been recognised the last few times I've used Long Stay and the "£120 now payable" message is never welcome.

Malfunction with vehicle recognition therefore very slow in leaving car park. Tried to charge £360 for stay. This was rectified by staff. The prices need to be better.

Plenty of space at the Long Stay carpark but i would recommend haveing clearer signs as the where the walkway exits are especially when its dark it is difficult to see the gaps in the fence. Maybe lights indicating the gaps. Also booked online and the ticket machine said i was to pay £40 for my stay. Called assistance any they helped correct the issue.

The parking is fine our flight was delayed 23 hours and had to pay £65 extra a lot of people will not have funds to do that what happens then. Not a compassionate action after severely stressfull 24 hours

The prebooking price and fast track security were the plus points. Even being a seasoned traveller from EDI this was my 1st try of the multistorey - entry was not clear on a dark and rainy morning as I ended up at busses only barrier. Once in carpark it was very bright and easy to locate a space. Departure was a nightmare as there was a large Q at the barriers and it appeared everyone had to press for assistance. Once I reached the barrier after approx 10 mins I was asked for £130 even tho I prepaid. Quickly rectified after contacting using the button. Next time I'll revert back to the offside parking as at least it's one less hassle to deal with on my return.

Relatively easy to get to the car park and quick simple access to the main terminal building. Unfortunately not a pleasant experience when we arrived back into Edinburgh airport at midnight. We put the ticket in and it came up we owed them £277 which we had to pay now to get out of the car park! Of course we had paid the correct amount of £77 when we booked and had all the paperwork. Luckily you can speak to someone fairly quickly via the ticket machine and it was eventually sorted out. However we have no idea why this happened and it was not good as there were people behind us trying to get out and it all added to the stress of it.

On airport parking. The bus is not running at the moment so it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the car park to the terminal with a case once you have located the walking route. The walking route is poorly signed, it is delineated by plastic bollards is full of puddles and is not very easy to pull a case over. It looks like a very temporary arrangement and is a poor introduction to the airport. Marking the location of the walking route on the car park map would be helpful. Finding the car park exit in the dark is not great. one huge sign then very little signage.

Despite booking online car didn't recognise number plate. Had to buzz intercom to exit on return.

Found a space reasonably easily. In the dark and rain I was uncertain where the pathway to the Terminal was located so I walked in the approximate direction and found it. More signage would help. The exit was a major nuisance! Despite paying on-line when booking the machine insisted I was due to pay £40. I had to move my car away from the exit barrier to allow others to access it then I walked to the machine and with the aid of my 'phone light I was able to find the intercom button. I twas explained to me that there was a problem with the computing system so that many people had the same problem as me. I then returned to my car, drove to the barrier, re-contacted via intercom and was allowed exit. Since this was early evening and I had been awake since 3.30am this experience was very poor!

Overall great to park there but twice now when we have come to exit the machine not working saying parking charge hundreds of pounds when we have prepaid online. have to call and get reference checked. |Last time it was only us but this time both lanes had people waiting to exit.

Easy to access but there were no clear and obvious signs to find my way out of the car park and towards the terminal when it was dark. I was also delayed at the gate on exit as despite having pre paid for my ticket the machine tried to charge me more, so I had to call the attendant. I saw another car next to me had the same issue.
