“Got charged an extra £15 when I went to park my car - also when I came out from late night flight - freezing cold and my car was parked at end of bay !! Couldn’t open the doors to get the suitcase in !! Not sure it was cheaper or easier than a taxi ? Will reconsider for next time - solo travel thought it would be safer”

“The ease of parking was great but on exiting the automatic gate asked me for almost £800. I had to call for help over the tannoy system. The person who answered sorted out the problem quickly enough but this has happened a few times before.”
“Parking spaces are far too tight, cars are so much bigger than they were when these lines were drawn.
Found a space eventually. Barrier did not raise with number plate recognition. Number plate was not printed on the ticket.
On return put ticket in to exit car park tried to charge £245. Nearly had a heart attack.
Pressed buzzer for help and they quickly sorted it out. Hence the 3!!!”
“Getting there was no problem. When I left inserted card for a prepaid booking and was being asked for £130. The intercom button was not working properly and took several goes to raise somebody. Fortunately no queue behind me. Eventually was let out after looking up booking details.”

“Valet parking was a good experience though pricey. Disappointing that no trolleys were anywhere nearby and when you find them you have to pay, just another cost however small.”

“Something doesnt seem to work on the signage recognition system or some such system. Last 2 times I used it on exit I had to call the intercom system as they wanted payment of £300 and £515 each time! Luckily the intercom person let us out without the payment...”

“Good sized airport but not at all keen on the 'herding' process to get a crown to the security area then have them fight their way into a line often creating discontent between passengers (no controlled queueing. Also, very disappointed at the raucous, brusque commands from the passport marshal (female, afro-carribean) - her appaling attitude was commented on by several passengers.
On the up-side, less of a swirling mass than other comprably sized airports and a good selection of destinations.”
“I would have given a 5 star, but the signage in the car park is not clear, if you are looking for lane B, you can't see the signs when you leave the key collection area and when you you finally find a memeber of staff, they treat you as if your daft.”

“Driving in to airport a large sign saying coaches is very misleading we then went one way in to drop off by mistake and it cost us £5 to get back out go round to go to multi storey”

“The parking and the parking staff, are both great. However the sysytem has tried to charge us on departure the last two times we have used it. After paying £170 for 3 weeks, don't expect it to try and charge us £6.50 for being 10 minutes after the time on the booking. We can't enter hours extra on the pick up time as you require the flight number and arrival time for moving the vehicles. Also we are disgusted that the airport now charges £1 for trolley usage, after being in 6 other airports in the last 3 weeks, including Changi in Singapore, NO ONE charges for trolleys. Welcome to rip-off Scotland.”
“I mistakenly booked for Friday and return Friday. I couldn’t cancel without being registered which I hadn’t done. I rebooked to park Friday to Saturday. When I went to park I explained on the intercom the situation and I was told it would be fine. As I exited the car park on Saturday night it wouldn’t let me out and wanted £90. I explained again what had happened and after sitting for about 5 mins I was let out. Make the cancel my booking easier as I am out of pocket. We always use this car park as it is easy to get to and within walking distance.”

“Overall the experience was good. Cheap easy and quick. However the snow was forecast and the car park was a complete mess. No salt had been put down and I nearly fell three times walking to the car.”
