Great parking but way too expensive.

Pros: conveniently located parking, the car is safe and secure, reasonable walking distance from terminal. Staff are helpful dealing with booking queries. Cons: the yellow rumbles on the ground at every lane crossing on the walkway are SERIOUSLY annoying and impossible to push luggage over. I end up walking on the road. Also having to pay for trolleys is very silly, no one pays for this now and why would they, also the trolley parks can be miles from your car so why would you walk 10 minutes to then pay for a trolley for the remainder of the journey.

Plenty of spaces, albeit a bit small. Which I suppose is the norm. Tried to charge me again £350+ on exit when I attempted to leave. I had already pre-paid, so some added stress at 1am. Was quickly resolved and I was on my way home.

Parking in the multistorey car park is convenient and I like the fast track passes included. However the bays are very narrow which explains the ding my car bodywork received while I was away.

Good although slight hitch at the end.

I found that the signage to the multi story car park could be clearer as I missed the entrance and had to drive through the pick up lane which cost me £6.

We were in Plane Parking. When we got back on Tuesday night your system said I had £170 to pay despite my booking and paying in advance. I had to press your intercom button to get someone to sort it. We were well within our leaving window as our flight wasn't late. Fortunately your man was able to do so and was pleasant and helpful but I got the impression he gets plenty of such calls. Your system clearly needs an upgrade. Also, there are only two bus stops in that parking area - not enough.

Easy to find getting there. Not so easy to find when your coming as a pedestrian from the terminal.

Paid for terminal parking on 24 Jun but was full (although ticket machine still issued a ticket !) Luckily I managed to contact assitance at multi storey who allowed me to park (on top level 5 as all other levels full) in time for departure Also on departing 08 July, I had to pay another £73 but this was my mistake due to arrival time 09 Jul (approx 2am) and not 08 July , although still somewhat costly for extra 24 hours and a genuine mistake on late morning arrival date (from parking issues 24 Jun)

I had to pay money on the way out and not sure why? I'd booked until 2am and left just after midnight.

Parking system worked well as well as location was great. The car park was full and no spaces avalaible, had to wait and hope someone came in the area i was waiting as numerous other cars where doing the same. Was very stressful and I was not the only one waiting.

The fastpark system is pretty glitchy ….exit barriers don’t work, the system is slow…when picking up keys from locker the system took ages to respond. I went off to find a member of staff to help & luckily another customer gave me my car keys.

Really easy to book and pay for and even in the long stay not a long walk to the terminal. Unfortunately when we left and put our ticket in it said we owed £175 and the barriers would not lift. We had to sit until someone answered the intercom and was able to sort it for us but this was a bit of an anxious end to the holiday.

Always use the fast park as very convenient and easy to use. However this time I had zeroed the mileage as running low on fuel when dropping off the car. I was surprised on return to find it had clocked up 17.1 miles! Where on earth do they take the car?

I've used your parking quite frequently and never had an issue, sadly this time was slightly different. I had pre-booked my parking as usual but on return I couldn't get out as the barrier was asking for £180. This was after a delayed flight so last thing I needed. I was able to use the intercom to get help and it was quickly resolved but not a great experience having pre-paid.

Due to cancelled flights I had to extend the parking period. First time was straightforward, second time less so. It isn't easy to work out how to contact FastPark from earlier emails or your website. Later, on collecting the car, I was stuck at a barrier (having already paid the extra fee) and had to take a ticket to exit (first barrier). At the second exit barrier, as it didn't lift automatically, it seemed natural to put the ticket in, assuming this was to gain exit. Instead, the machine indicated a further £7 fee was due. I paid this by card, seeing no easy way round this. I've since contacted FastPark by email to request a refund but I've yet to receive a reply. So, in short, it might help to make it clearer to customers how to exit the carpark. I should say that entering the carpark and depositing keys etc is always straightforward with helpful staff on hand.
