Despite pre booking I had to speak with an attendant to access and leave the car park. So what is the point of taking the time to provide all the details in the previous booking process?

Was very good until leaving the parking and the screen said I was due nearly seven hundred pounds overdue but was sorted out quickly. Thanks again

The valet parking works very well but seriously annoying that not just the seat settings were all changed (can live with that) but the car charging settings and timings were allanended, having not paid for that service.

I booked and paid in advance for mid-stay parking while on a four-night visit to Poland last week. On my return the automated system at the barrier was unable to read my registration and demanded £180 to let me out. This with a queue of other drivers behind me, preventing me from reversing out of the gate area. To be fair, the guy I spoke to via the assistance button was helpful, and quickly found my booking and sorted the problem. But if you're going to have an automated system, you really should make sure it works.

Checking in 10/10 Checking out 2/10 - machine would not accept the card and was advised to pay £130.... Customer service however did act on this straight away, with no issues.

Parking was good. Couple of bad things - it is very narrow to approach ticket machines and some piece of metal sticks out on entry, dangerous for cars. When leaving machine show £310 to pay, I had to seek help but it was quickly resolved.

Could not find the fast track bridge from the multi storey car part to the terminal. Sign posting was totally confusing. Ended up going to security through main terminal. Need to improve sign posting in Car Park. Also use of paper tickets to get in and out of car park seems outdated. Should be able to get through all barriers using number plate recognition.

On leaving the car park, having organised and paid for the correct fees, the automated barrier did not recognise the ticket or number plate and demanded a fee of £195. This was a stressful experience. The operator who responded to query on the intercom was able to waive the fee. Why did this happen? Without that, the experience would have been entirely positive.

Staff were brilliant and made the whole process very quick and easy. I would have gave 5 stars but the downside was the £25 day charge made because I did not make the '2 hours grace' time. I feel this is really harsh as my flight was cancelled resulting us being delayed for over 12 hours.

Found it good but was not very happy on the exit and i was wondering why I had too press for a ticket too exit too raise barrier then charged a £6.00 on the exit as extra that I was never told about won’t use again it was expensive enough without extra charge

Signage to multi storey may well be clear and visible in daylight hours but on a wet morning in darkness the coloured signs were not clear or lit. The number plate recognition didn’t work with my car and I had to call assistance at both barriers on way in and barrier on way out. On all occasions I got a an operator quickly which at least stopped other drivers getting frustrated behind me.

I parked in the wrong place as they all Say Edinburgh airport parking - so on top of the fee already paid I was an extra £120 for two days. Obvioulsy my own fault but has made me realise that I could get a taxi for way cheaper & more convenient. The lighting in the car park was pretty poor and due to rain loads of deep puddles. On the plus side it’s a 5/10 min walk from the terminal depending on where you park.

Got a good price - £80 for a week by booking in advance - and found a good spot. Came back very late and unfortunately the number plate recognition did not work or recognise the booking so I was asked for £250 at exit at midnight. Bit of a panic but resolved in 5 minutes via a chat on the intercom.

All went smoothly. Pre-booked, easy to get there and find a spot. When I cam to leave though.., bearing in mind I had pre-paid, the machine advised I owed £90.

Sadly I found the directions to be inadequate. There needs to be precise information pointing In the direction, I ended up twice going through the drop off. Fortunately they let me through. Never the less it was extremely frustrating.

The mid-stay car park was very convenient but is expensive. All Edinburgh airport parking is expensive.

Actual parking process was easy, good instructions, clear and smooth. However, a system error while booking occurred which has resulted in me being charged twice - and there’s no email address I can find to have this resolved, which is poor. So parking good, system & contact not.

The camera at the car park barrier did not recognise my number plate, which has happened before and then wanted to charge me £150 for my 3 day stay.
