“Camera apparently did not recognise number plate on the way in. When I returned and entered my ticket I was asked for £180. Eventually managed to contact someone on the intercom and got it sorted.”
“Murder trying to get out the car park - three exits from different area leading to the roundabout created a bottleneck and we were sat for 20 mins not moving. Apart from that everything fine.”
“30 min wait for courtesy bus upon arrival, long long traffic jam to get out of the car park and onto the exit road, mostly the poorly run airport infrastructure, but either way you are the one stuck trying to escape the place. I won't book again.”
“ANPR did not work on driving into the car park in the early hours of the morning. On exit, was quoted £175 !!! I had to speak with assistance to get this sorted, but the process was worrying. Eventually it was sorted, but the process left me unhappy.”

“Not for the first time the exit machine was looking for £250 approx - I did have a booking for my current merc car - probably look in for my pervious car (3 years ago). The attendant dealt with that but can you make sure the system does recognise my reg VK55 MAS (which I updated previously) thx”
“Thankfully we were not affected by the delays, however most of the people arriving to pick up their keys were told they had been really busy and had not managed to bring the cars back to the airport for collection. People were stood around at 3am and being told it would be another hour before they could get their cars, really not acceptable. It took ages for the staff to tell anyone what was going on, as they were standing through the back trying to avoid the angry customers. The only way to describe it would be a complete shambles.”
“Used Fastpark for the first time. Arrival process was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Process nice and easy.
Return not so much - flight arrived on schedule scanned ticket but car wasn’t ready (lots of cars weren’t ready). Had to find very harassed and stressed guy who was dealing with many frustrated returning drivers. And wait for car and keys. Will try Fastpark again though because the arrival experience was great.”
“Car park is ok but I don’t think I would use it if you have a bigger car as the exit is extremely tight. My advice to the car park operator would be to review the exit as I’m sure there will have been a few cars leaving it with a scratch on them”
“We found it confusing trying to access the multi storey and when directed to the wrong barrier we saw something fly over the car bonnet but didn't realise it was the ticket. As we had prebooked a week stay we couldn't get through the proper barrier and had to contact help. He let us through but said we would need the ticket on return. My husband returned to the first barrier and eventually found our ticket among a pile scattered across the ground. On our return when we put the ticket in it said we needed to pay hundreds of pounds. However on contacting help we got out. All very frustrating.”
“I had prebooked and when I turned up was no automatic ticket issued and when I left they wanted £265, I was told i had over stayed by 2 days which wasn't true but was let off with it eventually.”
“Quick drop off and assistance provided with collecting our car. However no explanation was given about the two cars which had been on fire three spaces away from ours, whether it had happened while our car was parked there, and no assurance about whether there was any damage to our car.”
