“Arrived at 5am and there was a queue to get into the multi storey, giving access to to one car every few minutes. Approaching the barrier it seemed clear that all the access machines were faulty and it was having to be done manually - not good when on a clock to get a flight.
The last bookings has resulted with a sediment / dust on my car - on the floor of level 2, there is also a layer of debris / dust. I have had to wash my car after each occasion.”
“So convenient but a little pricey and we really struggled to find a space in the multi storey despite booking way in advance! We had to drive around several times and were starting. Signs showing number of spaces were also very inaccurate! We were starting to panic a little but eventually saw someone coming out of the lift and followed them to their car. If you are booking way in advance and paying these prices you expect to find a space. Not the start to a holiday that you want. You expect to find a space!”
“Drop off process very efficient.
Despite being away for 7 days and advising my flight details my car keys were not available on my return.
I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be collected from an overflow car park.
Car was covered in dust.”
“Slight issue when trying to leave, the ticket produced when entering did not have my car reg number on it, when I tried to leave the barrier would not open and I was told there was an unpaid ammount due, even though I had pre booked and paid. The Gentleman on the intercom told me sevferal times that he had no record of my vehicle registration or booking reference, and it took some time and numerous repeats of my booking ref and car reg before I could finally leave.”
“From entry to pick up it is hard to fault FastTrack parking. Unfortunately however, the problems started when leaving the airport boundary - with various ABS / ESC yellow warning lights coming on. It was quite distressing given my vehicle was left in a healthy state before our holiday. I'm not sure where the vehicles are stored or parked up once left but it appears something has happened to a sensor at some point during our time away. We were maybe just unlucky but returning to your car with yellow warning lights is less than ideal.”
“I arrived a couple of hours late due to an aircraft problem at Gran Canaria and when I tried to leave the car park the gate showed a outstanding bill of £260 before I could leave. After several minutes speaking to the assistant they opened the gate.
This is the second time this has happened to me at EAP parking last time the bill was over £1000 which again after speaking to the assistant the barrier was lifted”
“Easy online booking. Like the fact that you can enter the car park before your pre-booked entry time which saves having to drive round or park remotely while waiting for your booked entry time, and there's also a period of grace after booked period in case your flight is late. However when I inserted my ticket to leave the car park at the end of my trip I was presented with a charge of £90! Had to use the Help button to speak to a staff member who found my booking and I was on my way. Could have been stressful to some people but has happened to me before.”
“In mid stay this time instead of terminal parking due to price hike. Being disabled it was a bit far to walk and there were no disabled bays at the closer side to the airport. I know the airport probably offer mobility services but I prefer to be as independant as I can be so for me, this car park is less favourable to the terminal parking. And even there, very few blue badges are to be seen in the disabled bays. Will likely go off-site next time unless terminal parking prices reduce.”
“Usually Fastpark is excellent.
However, this time, when we arrived back on Saturday afternoon, there was some sort of difficulty with the key collection system.
Essentially, because of some delay or system issue, your member of staff had to manually check each parking voucher and go into the office to match this up with the key before issuing the key back to an owner.
Your colleague was excellent at dealing with this issue for all customers affected. However there was a small risk of someone claiming the wrong keys.
I would suggest that management have a task to create procedures and processes to deal with this type of issue.
The delay to us was about 20 minutes.
I must commend your staff (only one person dealing with the public) for his calmness, kindness and willingness to resolve issues.”
“Dash cam knocked off windscreen inside, and left dangling. Driver and passenger outside windows and windscreen. There was an attempt to clean them. With what? I have no idea. What a mess.
The engine temperature was at normal setting.
Just where are the cars parked? Certainly no where close.”
“Everything was absolutely great until we went to leave (10 minutes before our booked end time) and the gate machine told us we owed £150 outstanding balance. This was a nice added stress! Thankfully after chatting to the gentleman on the intercom he let us go but slight heart attack and panic!”
“Was very hard to find the multi storey car park. Went around twice both times ended up in drop off. Next time will book the mid stay car park. It’s more convenient”
“Disappointed when I arrived to collect my car, the keys had not been deposited in the collection bin. Initially there was no staff, then someone did arrive, but informed me that I would need to speak to the supervisor who wasn’t about. Eventually he did arrive and I collected the keys, however this took about 25 mins in total. Poor service and I’m unlikely to use fastpark again. Maybe should be renamed slow park !!!”
“Everything spot on until pick up when we returned to the car to find it was still left parked and with the engine running ! Not sure how long it had been left ticking over but there was a smell of exhaust fumes about the car.
Guess we’re lucky it wasn’t more serious !”
