Not particularly well sign posted to get to the correct parking area. Once in and parked everything went well and the fast track through security is worthwhile. The Glasgow pre-paid parking is better. The cameras recognise your car both in and out so you know everything is in order.

Hi, Booking Ref 07160YM6O. Booking, arrival instructions and dropping off process was straight forward, however a bit disappointed that I had to pay £6:00 to exit the car park on my return on Saturday 30/11/24. On leaving the fast park area, to open the barrier a had to press for a ticket. When I got to the main exit and put the ticket in the machine I advised that I had to Pay £6:00 no intercom to contact anyone to discuss, so just had to pay. Can you advise what I did wrong?

Parking is good, however there is no pavement if you are leaving the car park to walk towards the hotels which makes it difficult and unsafe

Quick and efficient on arrival. Coming back it was dark and we felt lighting/ signage was insufficient. Wandered around for a bit till we found the Fastpark ... then had issues finding the lane our car was parked in as couldn't see the letters in the dark. Exit procedure was also not clear ... good service just needs better lighting, signage and exit instructions.

The car park (long stay) was fine and the walkway was reasonably well lit,unlike the signage to all the car park options. I had prepaid, but still when I went to leave and put my ticket in the machine to open the barrier, it said I had to pay 90 pounds! The issue was resolved and thankfully there was no queue behind me at 10pm, but with the usurious price charged for parking at the airport, you'd expect the tech to be more efficient. Although not related to this trip, I recently had to park for less than an hour in short stay to collect a wheelchair passenger. The uncovered walk to long stay was not an option in heavy rain, but my brief say cost 25 pounds! To be fair, the long stay price for 2 days was 19 pounds, expensive but not hideously so, but it would be good if a small sum was invested in a cover for the walk to it. Also, relating to the next question, why would you recommend a car park? The options are frequently betweem slim and none.

Excellent service using Fast Park recently, however hugely disappointed at the large increase in prices for 2025.

Prebooked parking, then on the way out the machine asks for money due to underpayment. This has happened several times and always xauses a hold up atvthe exit.

I booked the high rise parking. When I arrived the vehicle recognition was not working so I could not gain access. I called the operator who provided me with a ticket to gain entry. When I then approached the barrier for the high rise it would not open as the ticket the operator had provided was wrong and I had to speak to a different operator to gain entry. After that I parked as normal and the high rise is very handy for the airport.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use the car park as we experienced a puncture on the day of travel and the charge was non refundable on the day.

I parked at the area where there were ev chargers but for whatever reason I couldn’t charge my car. I don’t know if this was because I hadn’t downloaded an app or there was some other issue but if an app was required it would have been good to have been advised beforehand. Because of this I than had to find a charging point at 11pm to ensure I had sufficient charge to get me home

Fast park signing runs out where the route from arrivals reaches the multi-Storey car park. The next sign is hidden inside the lift area. Areas B and D are not clearly signed from the check in building - the B is not visible on the reverse side of the A sign. The route from arrivals could be improved by turning right/south from the arrivals point as this is more direct. Get someone to video the routes and then decide where signs would be most helpful. It should not be a guessing game to find your car!

Great service apart from saying I had to pay £6 to get out the car park. Pressed the buzzer and with no please or thank you the chap on the other end opened the barrier.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. Super easy to book and great to have the fast pass. Only issue is finding the entrance which took me a while as the satnav just takes you to the general location and also hard to see sign for fast track

Booking and parking is straightforward. However if you need to make an enquiry about the booking the only option is to email. The lack of ability to speak to someone on the phone is absolutely unworkable when email response times are noted as 8 working days. Parking isn’t cheap so not having proper customer service is unacceptable.

Got charged an extra £15 when I went to park my car - also when I came out from late night flight - freezing cold and my car was parked at end of bay !! Couldn’t open the doors to get the suitcase in !! Not sure it was cheaper or easier than a taxi ? Will reconsider for next time - solo travel thought it would be safer

The ease of parking was great but on exiting the automatic gate asked me for almost £800. I had to call for help over the tannoy system. The person who answered sorted out the problem quickly enough but this has happened a few times before.

Parking spaces are far too tight, cars are so much bigger than they were when these lines were drawn. Found a space eventually. Barrier did not raise with number plate recognition. Number plate was not printed on the ticket. On return put ticket in to exit car park tried to charge £245. Nearly had a heart attack. Pressed buzzer for help and they quickly sorted it out. Hence the 3!!!
