“The idea of the multi storey parking & entry to airport is great & excellent on return. Entry to the carpark is quite confusing & can feel unclear, which is a bit stressful when you're about to go on holiday.”

“Easily accessible to the parking as well as access to the Fast Track, never had a problem with the car so looked after well. We have been using the multi storey parking for 12 years.”

“Easy to find then when arrived it took me about three minutes to find empty spot. I wasn’t sure when the shuttle bus would arrive and been walking towards the airport but shortly after the bus has stopped and collected me On the day when come back from holiday the bus was alredy at the bus stop then short trip to the car park , it takes about 5 or 6 minutes and been dropped when requested the stop. Very happy with the service, the bus drivers has been very helpful and professional.”

“We used the fast-park for our recent trip and I would highly recommend it, especially if travelling with young children. We found the service easy to use and made our trip to the airport as stress free as possible. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Good service good price will be using again Only gripe the roads are fine with a good surface But where you park is loose gravel that goes over the the road which makes it difficult to get your wheeled suitcase moving along and is sore once feet in the dark.”

“Overall, Planes parking was a success but I have two comments worth noting. The walk from the airport terminal to the bus sto is quite long. I suffer from some mobity problems and found it difficult. Secondly, when my carpark ticket was issued at the entry barrier it was not well printed, a bit smudged. As a result, the exit barrier would not recognise the ticket and I had to call for assistance. I noticed several drivers having the same problem.”

“Hello, I have recently checked out of the car park although I pre-booked and paid before Ieft. When I put my ticket in the machine when I came back it was charging me £195. I am really confused and feel robbed. I can send you the ticket as evidence of the receipt.”

“I am a blue badge holder and 8 out of 10 times there are no available spaces when entering the fast park area ! Also I pay for charging and every time I come back for my car , it’s still in the charging area plugged in . Even though it had been charged for hours as I can see this on my phone app . Not very “ fast park to me “.”

“Tried mid-stay for the first time - usuallly go to long stay but this time they were coming at same price. Not much massive difference in what you get, slightly shorter walk, but if you're at back of mid-stay it's really not that much different from long-stay. Only did as same price. Probably would go for long-stay most of the time. (As a note the mid-stay entrance and exit are quite tight turns for big cars!!!)”

“Prepaid for a couple of days parking at terminal car park. On exit, barrier charge displayed £135 due . Pressed button for help and after explaining we had prepaid it was resolved with the barrier being raised . However this was done without a single word of explanation or apology which was downright rude . Second time this has happened and could cause distress for folks”

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit.
