“We find this airport very convenient and you don't have to wait on transport to take you to tbe departures. The only thing is we seam to end up at j parking lot and it takes a bit of walking to and from.”
“Parked near the 2nd stop, with short walk, to make it easier for when we came back late. Not long to wait to go to the airport and bus waiting at airport to come back. Only issue we had was not being able to see stones on the walk way on the way back to car in the dark and kept hitting the wheels on the case.”
“Very convenient and easy to both use and to book. Only issue was upon exit the barrier asked for a ticket to exit, which as I used Fast Park I didn't have, why Number Plate recognition could not be used to exit, like it is used for entering I do not know.”
“Pre paid short stay parking and upon return to exit car park the system at the barrier tried to take an exorbitant charge even though the parking was pre paid
Eventual talk to customer services resolved issue but there was a queue of drivers facing same issue”
“Over priced having paid £120 for a weeks parking in theire long stay carpark Walkway to terminal destroyed case wheels with the raised incerts for blind peope to know when they are aproaching a section that could have cars moving. I have to ask how many blind people drive to the airport that are not escorted by someone? The raised markings are not needed.”
“Actual parking of my vehicle was fine. Easy to book and no problems on entry and exit.
Not happy with the charging procedure. Went online to check availability and cost which showed £12.00 per day. After checking with the rest of my family that would be OK I went back online shortly after and cost was £16 per day. I booked a that price. For curiositys sake I entered the same details and the price had risen to £20.00 per day. Lesson learned - book first time or the price goes up.”
