“Straightforward process to book and use. We needed to extend due to return flight delay of 24 hours and this was easy to do online from abroad (although extension was at standard, not the booked discount rate) Getting Fast Track on arrival was worth it and saved about 15 mins at security.”

“The location of the mid stay car park is ideal although the signage approaching it and when leaving the terminal building needs to be larger and much more prominent.
Having pre booked my parking space it was disappointing that neither on entry or departure was my car registration number recognised as it should have been. This resulted in delays while I waited for the intercom to be answered and then for the operative to find my booking. At no point was there any apology for the inconvenience”
“Parking is good. I always pre book and the system at the gate works. Clearer signage would be good for where to park.
Better pricing, as it is not a cheap option.”
“Arrival gets 5 stars - helper was there to keep us right. Check out was a problem as our flight from Catania was very delayed and we were charged £25. The man who would have sorted it was sorting it for someone else so not present when he would have advised us. Car close by and perfect condition. Entry easier than exit at night. Ended up using wrong exit and had to call man to avoid a £10 ticket.”
“All went well until we tried to exit the car park area. We were stopped at a barrier to collect a ticket with a barcode. We were then stopped at a further exit barrier which demanded a £10 payment or press a button to exit. There was no button on the panel or barcode reader so we spoke into the intercom and the operator lifted the barrier. What was the purpose of the barcode slip?,I assume it was to pass through the 2nd barrier without payment, but no reader! Fast park charges are expensive enough without another £10 charge. Not a happy ending to our holiday.”
“Arrived back to my car in the early hours of the morning to find that the driver's side window had been left fully open.
I booked FastPark to ensure my car would be kept secure during my time away but really disappointed in this lack of security and attention to detail.
Emailed FastPark using the address on the site outlining these concerns but have had no acknowledgement or response.”
“The system is like a Q when getting on a Ferry. There are a few guys around to help even at stupid oclock in the morning. And there is a guy at the key drop-off. I don't have keys, but a card and a pin2drive system and they always make sure we give the pin or disable it.
System works great.”
