“Used Plane Parking for the first time and it worked well. However, for the size of the car park I feel there should be more than 2 bus stops and some additional highlights/signs to help you remember where you parked your car.”
“Very disappointed to find all Disabled parking bays on floors 1 & 2 were blocked off. As a result disabled parking bays on floors 3 & 4 were full.! So even though I had checked that there was disabled parking in the multistory car park that was in fact not the case.”

“very easy to find from the directions given on website. There was a bus already at the bus stop when we parked so we didnt have to wait at all. on the way back, there was bus at the stop so we didnt have to wait. very easy to leave car park and drive to M8.
