“Nightmare … got to the parking to find a sign saying Car Park Full … despite being pre-booked. This was 0515 in the morning on the Tuesday after bank holiday. Finally allowed in to find massive repairs going on so lots of places blocked out. Flight back was delayed and unable to exit as machine wanted £90 extra but luckily tannoy worked and they let me out. I’m sure last year when flights were delayed it updated automatically and so leaving was ok?! Not a good experience this time.”
“Great service, easy to use. We ended up being over an hour late collecting the car due to an issue with baggage reclaim but there was no extra payment required. Also very close to terminal. Only issue we had was that the exit was not very clear!!”
“Was very difficult to find a space in long stay and when I did the parking spaces are very close together
Also if I was using the facility for the first time the exit to the terminal is not very clear , especially in the dark”
“Take the stress out of parking, rock up and straight to the terminal. Easy to use and great that you just come back out and straight into your car. Great idea and great service”
“The multi-storey airport parking linked to fast-track is excellent - once you’ve arrived in a parking bay! Signage directing drivers, however, is inadequate, as evidenced by two cars ahead of me needing to reverse and change direction.
It is also very difficult to find one’s way to the pick up zone because of poor signage.”
“The full process from booking to collecting my car at end of journey was super simple.
On top of that the staff were extremely helpful. After parking up and dropping off my key I realised I needed ro return home for something. The team didn’t hesitate and assisted me immediately. They were so polite and made a potentially stressful situation so much better.
