“Good experience. This was my first time using ‘Fast Park’ but there were helpful men in the car park and the area where one deposits the keys. My only small irritation was the lack of signage from the terminal to the area where one collects one’s keys on return - this needs to be improved and made more visible.”
“Have used fast park a few times and each time I’ve had a seamless experience, from drop off to pick up. There are always friendly staff ensuring the process runs smoothly. No more standing in a rainy bus shelter awaiting circular bus.”
“I nearly got had heart attack got to the barrier on the way out when I put my ticket machine and it showed I owed 180 pounds I buzzed the intercom and the gentleman sorted it out so thank you”
“Although the parking space was easy to access, this is the third time on return, we had to contact the controller as the barrier would not go up to let us leave. Our parking was always prepaid and yet you misplaced our details yet again.
Pleased to say after five or so minutes, our details were found and we were able to leave.

We had to cut our holiday short due to ill health of a child so car was away for 48 hrs instead of the 7 days originally planned
Contacting the car park from abroad was easy and changing the booking so as we had our car back for our return was excellent
However when we looked at trying to regain some of the cost from the original days paid for, we were told a very blunt no ……

“Recently bought a new BMW, to my horror, when I got it back, it was filthy, looked like it had been parked beside a building site. So took it to get clean, which then revealed multiple scuffs and a paint scratch down past the primer and and long scratch along the door. No way to call them, they do not answer, no response to emails as yet. Absolutely shocking.”
“My flight got delayed a couple of hours due to fog in Munich and they charged my for an entire day extra - I thought the whole reason for them asking for the flight details were so that they could monitor chnages and be flexible, they keys would not be released until I had paid the extra and there is nobody there that you can dispute the charges with”
