Parking was ok, but there were no spaces and had to straddle a concrete block in what was the only space.

It was more difficult than usual to get parked due to the works going on. It would have been helpful to have someone help us find a space as there were also cars parked on double yellows and I was unsure if I could od that due to the lack of space. Everything else was perfect as usual!

Close to terminal but when tried to find a space car park full. Why sell spaces if not there when arrive. We had to go to parking desk who said to park on multi story. When leaving guy was very helpful as ticket machine tried to charge us for being in wrong car park.

On arrival at long stay parking we were upgraded to mid stay parking. I booked a the long term because we got a coach transfer to/from the terminal. At mid term you have to walk to the terminal which was ok on our departure but on our return at 6 o'clock in the morning it was very heavy rain and we both got soaked along with our cases and hand luggage during the 5 minute walk. The parking at mid stay was good, the long walk in the rain...awful.

My only problem was car park was almost full and l had a bit of run around looking for a space. Which is not what you want going for a flight.

Very few spaces were left and people were parked on double yellows. I did find one of the few spaces however the space was tight and cars must be subject to door dents.

Checking in was very easy, but being asked for an extra £50 as we left wasn’t great service. All quickly sorted once we found the right button to call and gave the operator our ref number- but no signs on the machine to say which one to push for operator and of course traffic piling up behind was inconvenienced.

Quite easy to book - relatively easy to locate on site - check out not too bad provided the chap in front has not lost his ticket! However - far too expensive and although all spaces are great for a very small car, they are far too narrow and too short for even a modest family car let alone one of the many huge SUVs which were parked. But I have to say that this is a common problem nowadays.

Didn’t really. Messed around. Car park I booked was full? How come if I’d booked a space? Relocation just added to the stress!!

used mid stay as had no baggage so walk to the terminal was quick , better than using the bus when the price difference was minimal

I liked the price and the close proximity to the terminal. the only problem was that when we arrived the car park was full and we spent half an hour driving around trying to find a space. Eventually found someone to ask who directed us to the mid stay car park and we did find a space there.

Prebooked parking which was fine and good price. Only hitch was on holiday weekend the barriers were only opening if you were pre-booked and had to queue for about 15 mins to get in the car park as drive up on the day folk were stuck at barriers that didn’t open. A sign or person to stop people before the barriers that couldn’t get in could have been helpful as a few folk tight for time may have struggled to make their flights.

It was ok, but terminal parking in area S was quite far from the terminal as the car park was full.

Proximity to airport good. Lack of spaces not so good as it takes quiet a while to find a space. Also some spaces are adjacent to railings which make it difficult to get luggage and passengers out of the car in spaces that are already very tight. Adds to unnecessary level of stress.

Booking was easy. Getting there was easy. Finding a parking space - A NIGHTMARE - and there didn't seem to be anyone around to help. It looked like other drivers were driving around in vain too. We had allowed enough time to park, check in and relax and have coffee before boarding - or so we thought - but we must have driven around for almost 30 mins looking for a parking space and in the end had to park on a 'corner' not a marked parking space. Not a great start to our holiday. Leaving the carpark on our return was straightforward. I have given 3 stars as the process was (barely) acceptable.
