“Easy to book online and very reasonable prices, great free drop off to the airport. I was less than happy to come back to my car a week later to find an Arnold Clark bright yellow and black sticker plastered over the bonnet of my car - I am presuming this is known to you, and if not it might be worth investigating - this is not acceptable”
“Long term parking, seven days end April 2018. Arrival and parking quick and efficient. Bus to terminal very good. On return, bus stance easy to locate, driver very helpfull. We located our car quickly and easily. But then the problems started. The signage out of the airport is so ambigous. Multiple Exit signs but Exit from where to where?. At 1 .30 AM and with no traffic problems it took us 35 minutes from starting the car to actually exit the airport. It would have been fine if I was familiar with the current airport layout as I used to be many years ago but I found it extremely difficult to interpret the current signage within the airport. ps I have lived in Scotland all my life and have travelled extensively throughout the years world wide. This is not a complaint more a request that perhaps someone could look to see if someone could look at the signage to see if it could be made more 'stranger friendly' thanks in advance.”
“I booked in advance the surface car park at the terminal building because our return flight was due to arrive in Edinburgh after 11pm, so at that time of night we didn't want to have to wait for the bus to take us to the long stay car park - where we usually park. However, the surface car park near the terminal building was full and we were directed to park in areas R & S, quite a bit away from the terminal. On arrival back at the airport we were fortunate that it wasn't raining during our trek to the car, and we retrieved the car and exited fairly quickly, but the distance from the actual terminal would put me off using this car park again.”
“Long Stay parking signs in airport road system are confusing. Plus experienced delay getting our of car park as my numberplate wasn’t recognised. Took unnecessary time sorting this out.”
“Had to drive around surface car park for more than 20 minutes to find a free spot. Not good if you are in a hurry. Noticed some cars not parked within the bays, basically occupied two bays. Car park should do something to prevent drivers wasting free spaces.”
“I prebook parking on a regular basis and I find it so frustrating that everytime I leave my ticket isn’t recognised and I’m asked to pay £££! I then have to ring through, find my booking info and get it sll sorted. Never had a problem with that but it happens every time and is just an annoyance I don’t need when I want to get home! Sort it out!!!”
“Easy booking and relatively good value for fast track. Signs directing to fast track were notably absent however, had to guess mostly that it would be on second floor! Also didn't appear possible to return to fast track parking on return via same access bridge, which is pretty poorly planned!”
