Near the airport, and easy enough to book. Despite booking ahead, had bill of £140 requested at the gate. Reversed out (unlikely in busy periods) and called through the intercom who appeared to cancel the bill. Frustrating end to a holiday with needless stress.

Parked close to the check-in as it was an extremely early flight though parking was ridiculously expensive. Written directions to correct carpark were very clear. On leaving the airport I was asked to pay £110.00 as obviously the vehicle recognition hadn't worked. Had a prolonged wait for attention and although this was eventually sorted out it left me with an extremely negative experience.

Problems I experienced - On arrival at the airport I could see no signs for the Fast Park area and ended up in the multi storey park where at the entrance I got directions through the intercom On arrival back from holiday at midnight I exited the terminal at the first exit expecting to see direction signs to Fast Park - there were none. I then walked around the car park for 20 minutes trying to find the Fast Park reception area until I found someone to direct me. I scanned my ticket and the screen directed me to box 13 to reclaim my key but this box was already open with nothing inside. I scanned again to be given another box number which worked. My car was in bay 41 which was a bit of a walk. In future I will use the multi storey car park which is at least covered in the event of rain. I suggest more signs in both the approach roads and in the terminal. Very disappointed in view of the above.

Barrier still doesn't recognise my prepay ticket.

I booked the car park prior to my arrival and I had booked up until 1:30am on the 13/11/22 to give sometime for a short delay. In the event we arrived early, security & baggage were prompt and I was through into my car & actually home by 00:45 hours. However, when I got to the exit gate & put the card into the machine I was asked to pay £360? I was so taken aback I removed the ticket, tried again & got the same. By chance I found the button which took me through to a member of staff who asked for my car registration & my name. He let me through. 1) The system did not work effectively & this needs to be sorted. 2) The instructions when this happens needs to be clearer. 3) the button to speak to a member of staff should be coloured or at night be lit up. 4) Anyone caught in this situation should be reimbursed where they have booked in advance otherwise this is double charging. 5) in case of flight delays which travellers have no control over their needs to be a clear system to cover additional costs that are incurred through no fault of the customer.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience when departing the car park as on putting the ticket in the machine it advised we owed £375. When you are tired from travelling this is not a good end to the holiday. The help call sorted this out but this should not have happened when you pre-book and pay in advance for this.

Yet again asked to pay a huge sum when leaving!

Was excellent as ever except, having prepaid well in advance, was asked for £178 when submitting my ticket. Got there eventually though.

It is HUGE, so admit had trouble finding my car on return. The walkway to and from the airport is only at ground level and not clear. But you get what you pay for. You can park and walk to the airport.

Second time in a row where I have prepaid and yet then asked to pay again on exit. Annoying.

Paying online for my parking was easy and parking itself was straightforward. Unfortunately, when leaving the car park, the machine was looking for over £100 as it had not correctly registered my pre-payment. Was quite worried for a few moments until I saw the help button and then managed to get through to a human who helped me

Parked in long stay. It’s need more signage directing on how to get to terminal. On exiting car park and placing ticket in machine it said it was £150 due when I had already paid for the parking. Must say this was cleared up quickly & able to exit car park.

The parking was very easy, however when we returned there was no ticket to get out of the first barrier, but apparently this happens a lot so a helpful member of staff let us into the main car park and gave us a ticket for the next barrier. At the be t Exit barrier we inserted the ticket and it said we owed £4, which we did not since the Fast track ticket was already prepaid , so again we had to press the help button and had to explain what happened - again, we were clearly not the first, - to be finally let out. So the checkout process was very different to the booking/checkin.

When we entered, your system recorded our return flight time incorrectly, and because of this, we were delayed for more than 15 minutes. When we returned, we were not guided properly to find the car. Actually it wasn't fast parking.

I use the multi-story car parking quite regularly and am normally very content. However, on Friday and on the previous occasion, the automated system asked for £150 payment. Once challenged via the "help" button, the charge was rescinded and the barrier lifted - but without explanation or apology.

Great parking spot, lots of availability and the fast track lane is amazing in the multi-story. It would be great if there was explanation boards somewhere for those who pre-paid as collecting a ticket then being asked to pay £150 was quite a surprise after having already paid online. Parking attendant was very helpful. Our only complaint is the lack of prevention of damage to our car whilst we were parked. I have attached photos. I believe there should be a warden or cameras that pick up on cars parked over the space lines. Because of this our brand new, 1 month old car, was most likely hit by a vehicle parking behind us. Not acceptable.

Booking was very easy, and upon arrival all worked fine - got my ticket, parked. Campe back a week later, but barrier wouldn't open when I put my ticket in, instead it told me to pay over £150. I pressed the help button as per instructions on console, but had to let it ring for a good couple of minutes (doesn't sound long, but it is!) before someone answered. Problem was resolved there and then and barrier opened, but it left me a bit shaken after what had already been a long plane journey and travels to previous airport, and on the outset of a 3hr drive home, so not ideal. No idea why it hadn't worked, and no apologies from help desk either.

Although I had prebooked my car for multi-storey parking when I went to leave it was looking for me to pay £130, I had to contact help desk with cars queued up behind him getting frustrated for length of time I was stuck at barrier

Great until I came to leave and, after inserting the ticket, machine informed my I owed £200! Had to call assistance button to let me out. This is the second time this has happened to me. Not what you want when you get back late at night after a long day of travelling. Obviously not the smoothest system!
