Booking was very easy, and upon arrival all worked fine - got my ticket, parked. Campe back a week later, but barrier wouldn't open when I put my ticket in, instead it told me to pay over £150. I pressed the help button as per instructions on console, but had to let it ring for a good couple of minutes (doesn't sound long, but it is!) before someone answered. Problem was resolved there and then and barrier opened, but it left me a bit shaken after what had already been a long plane journey and travels to previous airport, and on the outset of a 3hr drive home, so not ideal. No idea why it hadn't worked, and no apologies from help desk either.

Although I had prebooked my car for multi-storey parking when I went to leave it was looking for me to pay £130, I had to contact help desk with cars queued up behind him getting frustrated for length of time I was stuck at barrier

Great until I came to leave and, after inserting the ticket, machine informed my I owed £200! Had to call assistance button to let me out. This is the second time this has happened to me. Not what you want when you get back late at night after a long day of travelling. Obviously not the smoothest system!

1 your registration finder is out of date - I moved a personal plate to a new car, but your system still reckons it’s the old car has it; insurers and others all have the update so this is odd 2 your exit cameras all failed on Thursday evening - there were queues to get out as everyone called the operators

Sadly, for the second week in a row, the system didn’t recognise my reg for my ore paid ticket. Upon exit, I was asked to pay £180 again (for 4 days). Buzzed the call button on the ticket machine - waited 4 minutes for an answer. Eventually let out. Same again next week ???

Parking great! Usual carry on when leaving! Prepaid and asked to pay £360! Every car at the barrier had the same issue!

The parking experience was a tale of two halves. Booking the parking and then arriving and parking was a straight forward pleasant experience. The return not so much so. I found the directions from arrivals to the multistory almost non existent, once I had located my car and went to depart, I put my ticked in the machine only to be told that there was a £180 charge to pay. Fortunately, this was resolved by pressing the help button and speaking to someone who was able to sort out the problem.

I like the fast-track to departures, and the detailed directions to the multistorey parking. I didn't like being asked for 150 GBP at the point of exit when I had prepaid.

I find it stressful Whenever I want to leave the carpark -even though prebooked - Iam asked to pay a huge amount money I have to contact the car park authority in order to leave. How annoying Most of the time can not find booking order which is even more stressful Regards

Sadly our car registration was not recognized so we had to phone for assistance. We were issued a ticket & the barrier opened. On studying the ticket it said that payment was required before exit. I worried all week that we'd be charged again. Exit from the car park didn't work first time. The barriers are very poorly lit at night so my husband could t see the button to call assistance. Disappointing.

all good, except on the way out we were asked to pay £150 because the system didn't recognise our car

3 stars, only because when I was leaving the ticket machine brought up outstanding balance of £140 which was a shock!!! I have pre booked and paid online. After pressing random buttons in panic I managed to speak with someone who let me out!!

The barrier would not open, despite the valid ticket. Payment of £ 120 was requested. Only after talking to the car park employee and providing the car details, I was allowed to leave. For inconvenience and delay, there was no word "apologize"

The system is good, however, exiting the car park was a nightmare. No exit ticket was issued, and no instruction was given. It was impossible to hear the attendant when calling for assistance. I waited 5 mins, holding everyone up before the barrier was raised.

Easy to find and plenty of space to park. However, on exit when presenting my ticket at the barrier I was told I have a balance of £140 to pay, which was not right as I had prepaid. This was sorted by calling for assistance over the intercom, but clearly a mistake was made somwhere.

Reasonably priced and obviously close to the airport however the last 2 times I used it my pre booking wasn't recognised when I tried to leave the car park so you have to contact the contorol team and they find the booking - a bit annoying when all you want to do is get home

The last couple of times i have prebooked parking online, I am discovering at the gate when attempting to exit, it tries to charge me full price. Each time having to press the buzzer, speak to security and give details. I thought there was supposed to be ANPR linked to bookings. This leads to anxiety and concern when having had an already stressful journey. Can you get your IT systems fixed please. Other family members have been complaining about this same issue.

I have used the terminal and multistory 3 times over the last couple of months and 100% success rate on being presented with a £140/150 bill to leave each time. This results in queues to get out every time as only 1 in 20 drivers actually get to leave without extra charges being levied, sitting in the line for the assist button and then finally getting the system corrected.

Getting in was easy, getting out after pre booking and paying was not so easy!
